I love this topper. My mattress is quite old and sleeping on it was a nightmare. Always woke up hurting and tossed and turned all night because I couldn't get comfortable. I bought this before shelling out $400+ for a new mattress figuring it would either save me money if it helped. It has been amazing. I have had it a week now and have slept so much better than I have in years! I would point out that if you are a "hot sleeper" it may have more of an effect on body temperature than sleeping on just a mattress. I keep a fan running so it's not too bad. (Hopefully I can say the same thing when summer comes). I would recommend to anyone looking to replace their mattress that they try this first. ... show more

    • Not quite as thick as pictured.
Arrived on time. Aired it for days then tumbled for a good 20 minutes air drying. It was fluffy but not as thick as the cover pictured on Amazon. After sleeping on it a week, I have to admit it isn’t as comfy as my last topper and for certain isn’t any cooler. Very disappointed that it packs down hard as I am sleeping and hips and knees both start aching badly. I find myself moving around to find a spot still fluffy, not what I was hoping for. I weigh just over 100 pounds so it shouldn’t be giving as much as it is. I have feather pillows from my childhood and they are still fluffy 60 years later. Positives: it does cover a pillow topped mattress and 3” foam topper and still stays tucked at the corners and bottom. Nice quality cotton fabric on topper and sewn well. I ordered this product because I was looking for some more support for my back. I saw a bunch of great comments and decided to order it. Of course the second I did that and looked again to confirm with my husband, I started seeing a ton of negative reviews. Some saying it was no more than an inch thick. Compared it to a blanket, one even said the company must of sold a few good ones to get good reviews then started sending out a junk version. Needless to say, I was worried. Yes, it is in an air tight package so it must be left alone for a little while, it fluffs up pretty quickly. It was on my bed the day we got it. My husband fluffed it out a bit and it was much thicker than an inch. That review was now debunked for me. However, now we had the real test. Sleeping on it. It did help my back. I still had slight pain but nothing compared to the night before. It absolutely added height to my mattress by an impressive amount. Don't let the negative comments scare you. Some people will complain no matter what. Same thing happened with my 2021 kindle. People were saying it was horrible. Turns out they were trying to use a 140 dollar kindle as an 800 dollar plus tablet. I mean we'll duh. It's for reading and light web searching, maybe some games. They want extremely expensive quality for extremely cheap prices. Then complain because it's not the exact one that is 300 times the price. Do better people!
