  • NFG right out of the box.
Model: 18KW
It showed everything was working on the led display but never even heated a teaspoon of water. Called tech support and was told it was a bad flow sensor. Now I have to disconnect it both the plumbing and electric then take it down, send it back and they are sending out a replacement. No thought of a discount for the inconvenience. Who pays for my time and extra labor. Hopefully the next one works. ... show more

  • Solid construction and easy to install
Model: 11KW
Just finished installation of this heather -11Kw- and all works well. Waterflow for proper heating is however limited but enough for a good shower.

  • This item does NOT reboot into the ON state after a power failure...
Model: 6.5KW
The product description suggests that after a power failure, the heater remembers it's last state... i.e. that you don't have to turn it back on after a power outage... BUT THIS IS FALSE... after a power outage it reboots in the OFF state - it does remember the temperature setting but what good is that? If you have even a brief power outage, and you try to use hot water, you'll be getting cold water until you remember that the water heater is OFF!!!! - - - other than this issue, the heater works just fine ... show more

  • easy to install
Model: 6.5KW
This water heater is a little helper in family life, and I am very satisfied with its performance and convenience. It heats water quickly in a short time, giving you instant hot water and is ideal for use under sinks, bathroom sinks and faucets. The electric water heater is also very compact in design and saves space. It can be easily installed under the sink or in the bathroom cabinet without taking up too much space, making the bathroom tidier. Touch-type operation with digital display makes the operation simple and intuitive. You can easily adjust the water temperature and volume to meet different needs. The installation is not complicated and you can install it yourself. ... show more

  • Works Quickly to Heat Water on Demand.
Model: 6.5KW
Setup a test where I hooked it to some water hoses and connected to the breaker box outside. Worked exactly as it should and heated the water quickly and enough for showering and/or washing dishes. Will be permanently installed later for heating the bathroom and kitchen of a small camper. Pros: -Being light and small makes it easy to find a place for it. -Heats water quickly within seconds and keeps it nice and hot and has little issue keeping up with fluctuating pressure changes if you are using a well and pressure tank. -Hookup is simple enough. <You are going to be using a 240v so be careful, but it's rather straight forward stuff and has decent instruction on installation. -Temperature reaches high enough for a nice warm shower and can be set to whatever specific number you want. -You only really need a single cold-water line to the bathroom/kitchen to have warm water as the device itself controls just how hot/cold the water will be. <making some plumbing projects simpler as you don't need to run a separate hot water pipe. Cons: -The water temperature does fluctuate a little bit when pressure changes (using a well and pressure tank) and it might require some fine tuning with said water flow as I did notice it struggle to keep a steady "hot" temp when the water is flowing through unrestricted. <That is, it was flowing straight through without a nozzle or faucet to slow it down. With a nozzle, it managed to keep the temperature steady pretty well. -Winter might require restricting the water flow to reach certain temperatures if the device is having issue heating the water quickly enough. <It is the small 6.5kw heater I'm using so it could potentially struggle with "close to freezing" water input. But at least for now, in Spring, it has no issues heating. ... show more
