Got this last week. This is the 4th Ebilke my family has bought, and as the Dad, I am the one who does the buying. The other three e-bikes were all a few thousand dollars. More bells and whistles. More power. So let me be clear. There is NOTHING wrong with this bike. I is a perfectly adequate bicycle, it has disk brakes, Shivani shifter. It is light. It assembles easy and rides just fine. The Motor is a 350. It does not have a ton of torque, but that’s what you are buying. For this price point? It is a great buy. The battery and charge seem high quality and are UL certified.. If you want to go blow a few thousand on a superior bike, that is your choice, but this is great bike, does what you ask of it, and for this price you will be hard pressed to get better value. …now…all that said, lest see how it holds up over time… ... show more

Im mid 30's and was looking for an E-bike as a new hobby. I was looking at purchasing a $3000 E-Bike until I came across this model. I decided to buy this one as a test/introductory model and was not disappointed. It rides well, has a very good battery life, and is just plain fun to ride around. I ride this thing around a city that has pretty steep hills and the power gets me up with pedal assist pretty easy. If youre not looking to break the bank but still get a quality product you can have fun with, this wont disappoint. ... show more

After having this bike for over a year now, I can say it was one of the best Amazon purchases I have ever made. Overall the quality is decent. Spokes and brakes aren't so great and definitely should be upgraded. I have had to true up the wheels once and the brakes are rather weak, and need to be beefed up. The front handle bar has come loose a few times, and have to be retightened excessively to keep it from wobbling. The battery life is pretty good and lasts me a couple of days of several mile rides. Speed is good - I get 20mph on flats, 30+ on the downhills, which is fun. Peddling is hardly required unless you are going uphill. I almost never touch the gearing, basically keep it in low gear at all times. The gear selector got somewhat tweaked and grinds against the chain if I go up too high in gears, but I am sure this my own fault for tossing the bike around. Some parts of good quality, some are pretty cheap and should be upgraded out of the box. The best part of it all was the price, so you get what you pay for. But definitely a great deal and the perfect beginner e-bike! ... show more

The Victory was soo easy to assemble; just be sure to put the correct peddle on the correct side. Battery charging is 2.5 - 3 hours. The ride is smooth and the front shocks are sturdy and comfortable. The disc brakes are incredibly sharp, so even on the trails it maintains stopping power. DEFINITELY practice e bike safety!!! You can easily injure yourself as this vehicle is akin to a moped that gets up to 22mph on a downgrade. It's only been a week but I can say getting this e bike at a discount($422 after taxes) was awesome, I would have paid full price ($489) easily and paid for shipping.     • Challenging instructions, bad battery, missing seat parts

Update: the seller contacted me in about 24 hours, offering assorted solutions. However, I had a really bad experience recently with Amazon, and literally spent more than 50 hours on the phone and cycling through their text prompts, trying to get a resolution. Even after resolution, we had to keep starting the cycle again, as they claim, they never received the product, when the warehouse had already given them confirmation. Because of that horrible horrible experience, I have decided to just return the bike entirely, and not try to troubleshoot the various issues. Original review—Cool looking bike. Probably lighter than most; if you’re strong, you can load it into your SUV. The front tire has an easy release lever. The paint looks good and the bike seems solid. I think the seat would be comfortable. I like that it has so many speeds and comes with reflectors and a bell. Assembling it was difficult. I’m 60, but I do most things myself and I’m fairly strong. But the instructions frustrated me enough to make the whole assemble seem harder than it actually was. The instructions lacked many diagrams with parts labels. I had to guess what they were talking about. A few items needed to be removed before assembling, but this is not indicated. A few parts require a Phillips head screw driver. Allen wrenches and a wrench were included def, but the screw driver was not. The allen wrenches are soft. Use them carefully as not to strip the nuts. There is no way to secure the seat—I can’t tell if there are missing parts, because diagrams are lacking close-ups. But you can’t ride it two feet with the seat swiveling. It’s hazardous. But the biggest issue is that the battery arrived with three green lights lit and one red light lit, indicating it was 3/4 way charged. The charging cord does not fit snugly into the battery; it feels kind of loose. And the battery doesn’t charge at all. It says 3 hours in some places and up to six, in others. I tried two days in a row, unplugging in between, charging three hours the first day and six hours the second day. No battery response. So we tried getting it to start with the current charge, just to see if it would. It did not. There is also a problem with getting the frame, the tires and seat lined-up. They look wonky. The break cable rubs on the tire; I had to move it twice in the four feet the bike was pushed. A guard was included to protect (the shifter?) but there were no screws to attach it. I’ve contacted the seller. I’ll try to sort these things out; if not, I’ll return it and update my review. ... show more

Easy to assemble I only gave 4 stars due to the following: Tires are of the thinnest rubber I've ever seen on a bicycle. If you go off road plan on having extra tube's on hand, as anything even remotely sharp will puncture the tire/tube. Bicycle fell over on the kickstand(soft dirt) resulting in the derailer bracket snapping in half(cheap pot metal) Rides good, brakes work well, battery seems to hold up pretty well. Battery takes approximately 3-4 hours to charge from dead. ... show more
