I bought this back in December and have only used it twice went to use it again and it will not turn on and it is charged to 100% Update - A very nice customer service representative seen my review and reached out to me. She replaced the razor and kept in contact with me, thankfully she did because I didn't receive it due to my mistake and it was returned to them. Kari asked about my address and that's when I realized I messed up. Kari said she will have it reshipped and I offered to pay for shipping because I messed it up she said no they will cover it, wow got it within 2 days and this one works great. This razor is the best electric razor I’ve ever had. I’ve only owned 2 since my whole life and this one by far is the best! Very easy to use and gets the job done and quickly at that. This product is not great for armpits to start off. I pulled my hair multiple times and it hurt more than I would’ve thought. I tried my legs instead and it leaves a vast amount of stubble. No clean shaves like a razor . Charting works great, the fact that it’s waterproof is a plus. The noise is minimal. I just wish it left my skin smooth. This product does not work with baby oil or shave butter. It seems that it must be a foam product. ... show more

Cute little device ! Seen this advertised on TikTok & came here to purchase it! Haven’t been able to try it out yet since i just shaved my legs … but i tried it on my son’s leg and he said it didn’t hurt one bit. Clean, smooth cut & No Pulling. I really liked the shaver. I bought it primarily to shave my legs, it worked fairly well, although it took multiple passes over my legs to get rid of the hair and stubble. It keeps it charge for a long time. My problem is the last time I tried to shave with it, it did not cut the hairs. After going over my legs several times they were just as hairy as when I began. I purchased it in May 2024, now its August and it no longer cuts the hairs on my legs. Very disappointing. ... show more
