The construction is solid, and the lock feels heavy-duty right out of the box. It’s also anti-rust, which makes me feel comfortable because my kids are notorious for leaving items in the rain. The chain was longer than expected so that is good and you could probably lock it around different things and not just a bike rack. and I can’t imagine anyone being able to cut through it without some serious equipment. Arrived in a timely fashion and the lock(shackles) are very high quality and well built. It would take sophisticated tools and suspicious time for someone to compromise these. I will purchase another set for my wife’s scooter.

Heavy duty for sure. Concerned of the ability of being able to cut through the chain that connects the 2 cuffs but can see it as a deturant. The cuffs are a double set on each side if that makes sense. Comes with 3 keys and a lock on each cuff. It had a lock and unlock position clearly marked.
