I have to admit I was very surprised at the small size of this particular pressure washer and its power output. It was excellent. However the LED power controls are absolutely impossible to read or see during the daylight. You can see it in complete darkness, but not daylight. But worst of all, the third time I was using it, it started making this horrible metal on metal screeching noise. After about two minutes of this it stopped working completely. Completely dead.     • Easy and Powerful washer to use, but how to wrap the power cord just like shown in the picure?
Bought it last week and used to wash our cars and house. It's very power and easy to use. I hope it will be working well for a few years. What confused me is that I can't wrap its power cord just as how it was done/shown in its pictures. it seems it missed some extra parts to do it. But other than that or I mis install something? but in general, it's great! ... show more

    • Fantastic results but occasionally blows fuses
The bad first, this might be my particular home but I can blow fuses in the power outlets if I put it on full power for a few minutes. I into need to press a button on the outlet to get the power back but it’s a small issue. The results have been amazing,, I use it primarily for a concrete porch area in front of my house. Being in Fort Lauderdale it’s tropical and we get a black mildew build up on the steps. This takes it right off using medium power. The steps dry much whiter and brighter too. Really impressed. It comes with several heads that vary in intensity. The red head is the hardest cleaning head with a very thin stream of water that will get almost any stains off anything for example but takes a long time to use as it is so directed to a small area cleaning at any one time. I got used to using the cleaner but I would advise people not to tighten the hose too hard on the cleaner or on the water hose as it can be difficult to get off. Follow instructions such as turning the water and power off and clearing out excess water from the machine to reduce internal pressure making it easier to remove the hose.     • INFLATED CLAIMS regarding pressure output and volume! Stopped working after about 2 Hrs.
Advertised at 4800 PSI and 3.5 GPM, it pushes less than half the power and volume of a 3500 PSI Gas model, and they know it! While the gas model requires a metallic braided hose to prevent it from bursting under pressure, this unit was designed with a synthetic braided thin hose, almost half the diameter of normal gas models. It is quite small, easily portable, and good enough for washing a car (not heavily soiled) plus other small stuff around the house. It's definitely not good for washing bricks, decks, or siding, since it would take forever to wash given the low pressure and volume output. It's next to impossible to find a replacement for the proprietary short hose and wand it comes with. It made an awful noise and stopped working completely after about 2 hrs. of use. ... show more

    • Works Great So Far
I've used it at least 5 times, for a couple of hours at a time, and it's work great so far. It's not a Honda gas rig but for washing things like tractors and four wheelers, etc., and some paint prep, so far, it's worked well.

    • Not enough power in the punch for heavier jobs.
Power level is misquoted in the advertisement. There is no markings or name marked anywhere on the unit. I do not believe it has the level of psi quoted. This would be ideal for lighter jobs such as washing your car, but not for heavier Jobs where strains and imbedded grease exist. Like I said, for your everyday household chores this is fine. It us very light weight on wheels so easy for some ladies and elderly that couldn't work with a heavy 100 lb plus washer. ... show more

    • Not really 4800 psi, more like 1120psi. False advertising.
I got this power washer to replace a 2,700 psi gas power washer that died. The gas power washer had a 5.5 hp engine, used the same nozzles. Pump efficiencies are about 80%, so not much of a change there. This unit only said 1800w power, nothing about psi on the box or paperwork. Converting the 1800w to hp and scaling to the gas power washer, gives only 1120 psi. There is not as much thrust holding the wand, so I believe this estimate. With 4800 psi, I'd need two hands very tightly. It is now a month later. It works for deck and car cleaning. But I noticed the maximum pressure limit of 16 MPa, or 2,352 psi on the gun handle. That's the maximum for the pressure washer gun. But as I said above the reaction force feels far less. So the 4800 psi is a lie. I bought a pressure hose extension. The fittings on this unit don't match any standard pressure washer hose. That's truly annoying. I'm searching for a lower pressure hose fittings, but hard to find some that matches what is on this unit. I think most of these electric units that are advertising more than 1200 psi are just lying. You'd need 240v high amps to do that. ... show more

    • You need to turn it on in two places switch on the back, power button on the front.
Product works well. My last electric power washer was always getting tangled with the hose the extension cord and the feeder line to the nozzle. This one seems to handle it better. Instructions could be a bit clearer. Worked right out of the box. We will see how long it lasts.
