My husband was worried at first getting an electric power washer. He grew up with a gas powered one and was worried that having to have an electric one plugged in would be inconvenient. He was also concerned it wouldn’t be as powerful… After the first use, he was very happy to be wrong! Husband reported that this machine was very powerful, easy to use, convenient that it has various settings, and not at all a hassle to have plugged in for use.     • Broke o the 3rd use!
Would love to rate this higher as it is everything as advertised except that it broke after the 3rd use. There is is a plastic elbow that connects the hose to the machine that is a part of the molded plastic of the machine that split and started showering water everywhere. I wouldn't even leave a bad review if they were willing to replace it - but alas I am past my 30 days! Waste of money for me. ... show more

Overall a very good power washer - the three pressure settings are great. The good and bad is the unit is lightweight, but that means the unit falls over easy as you move it. I have still not figure out how to wrap the cord when you are done. One hook is provided but not sure where or how to wrap the power cord, so it just flops around and gets in the way when storing. Directions are not great - lots of pictures but nothing really explaining how or why you are hooking things. I fumbled through the set up and as I said - great power, not noisy, I would say worth the money. ... show more

Wow, what a relief. After reading the reviews I wondered if I made the right decision. But after the first use I am extremely satisfied. We cleaned our sidewalk and driveway and removed years of mold/fungus build up. They looked dark gray and black, now they are white. Reading the directions for this unit is so important. One thing I think should be noted when purchasing is that you need a pressure regulator as the manual states you should not connect this directly to the mains as the input pressure needs to be much lower. We did everything as directed and it worked great. No leaks. No issues at all. This is much easier to set up and use than our last gas powered pressure washer. Quieter too. Only time will tell if it holds up. For the price I think it's a nice compact unit. ... show more

    • Poor design, poor performance
What a disappointment! This thing looks like a child’s toy. Design is poor. Nice hose reel for pressure hose, but storage for power cord is a single hook on top. No hook on the bottom so that you could wind power cord between the two. Weird! None of the high pressure connections are normal brass hardware. From pressure hose to wand, you just push the end of the hose through a hole in the wand handle to connect inside somewhere and push a plastic button to release. Didn’t leak but not sure how durable. But the biggest problem was that it did not produce enough pressure. Description said 4500 psi, but no way even with the smallest spray pattern. Borrowed a unit yesterday that was rated at 2700 psi that was far greater than the unit being reviewed. Buyer beware! ... show more

The cost is great, that is for when it works and operates properly. Pump seems to be the biggest bug being electronic and around water. I put it thru a two week trial phase detailed 3 cars in a day for 3 days (9) cars without any issues so it got its money but the tenth car it would only put out half the pressure and the motor winds high like it's burnt out. I let it sit for a week after putting the gas one back to use and decided to plug it in one day to give it a final go before tossing it and it seemed fine was back to working normal tell I went to do my wife's car than the problem was back again. Would recommend spending the extra if you're an industrial guy or auto detail if you need something for $200 worth of work then this unit might be for you. ... show more

    • Not worth the purchase
Ran a couple times with a total run time of maybe an hour. Made a screeching sound then quit. Now the power button in the back will light up but nothing in the front and it doesn't turn on at all.
