I wanted a heater for on the open / covered deck and this does the trick for just me. I have to position it right in front of me on a table and if there is no breeze, it works fine. If there was another person out there with me, it wouldn't put out enough heat to keep us both from freezing.

It failed quickly. There is no assembly required. I bought two units. The one that my son used stopped working within 4 months. There is no support for the product and Amazon provides no contact information. It was a total waste of money.

    • Dead on arrival
Opened the package, plugged it in. The light turns on but nothing as far as heat or fan come out. Triex a couple things but nothing still. Sounds like something is broken on the inside when you shake it.
