Just got it today. It's very easy to put together. But, It's definitely too heavy for a elderly or handicap person to put in and out of car by themselves. This is not meant for carpet, but rides ok on hard wood floors. Took it outside and it does well on side walks, street, and short grass. I'm 5'2 and it's just barely big enough for my short legs.     • Check bolts/ nuts/screws for loose ones.
Scooter overall is good. I don't get the range the ad shows, I get about 6-7 miles on a charge not the 10 miles on ad. Am please with it in general after going over the whole thing checking and correcting loose screws, nuts & bolts. After 6 months a minor use- no power will not charge, waiting for company to reply.Several days, still no reply. NO CUSTAMER SERVICE AT ALL ... show more

It has nice auto brake light, but I wish it had built-in tail lights for night driving. I purchased two Velcro lights for back of seats, and they work fine. I can reach behind and turn then on. They work just fine. Scooter looks great. Many compliments!
