I had a much smaller roller die cutter, and wanted to use bigger pieces. I saw this, and thought electric would be the way to go! No more rolling and holding the sandwich at the same time! Also, I really like that the rollers don't start until you insert the sandwich, and then they stop when you remove it. So you're not turning it off and on while you work. Love that. The biggest issue, and the reason I docked a star, is that the included instructions are too sparse. It tells you some different ways to assemble your sandwich, but doesn't explain the differences, and when you would use one over the other. I tried on of the diagrams from the book, and it messed up the metal plate a bit. I think I did it wrong, but there isn't more info to help. The cord is nice and long, which I really like, and overall I am very happy with the product. ... show more
