First Off...This company is very helpful. My original Bike got stuck in California and they sent me a second bike though FedEx and expedited it. Two days later it is sitting on my front porch. Any other questions that I had; they were very helpful along the way. always ask...They will respond usually within a day. Unless it's a weekend. And no one likes working weekends. The bike itself is very fast and sturdy. It handles the speed very well. There are videos on YouTube which you can change the KMP to MPH. also for easy assembly. And how to change the settings to increase your speed. Very simple process. Also, VIP.LOL... Read the manual...this will give you information to make your experience more enjoyable. Please :) So.....I love the 4-inch fat tires. I have had the bike up to 30 mph. There is a setting on the bike next to the power button that you can change from 1 to 5. Obviously 5 being the fastest. The speedometer only says 27 but it is actually 30. I have tested this going down a road that has a speed trap sign and it shows how fast you are really going. Again WOW. This bike handles the speed Very WELL. And the Fat tires gives it great stability. I was impressed. It also has cruise control. Which is enabled by holding the speed for about 3 seconds. If you are going down a straight road...Very Nice to just enjoy the ride along :). It is very Comfortable. I bought this bike for various reasons... and this was one reason. It has a long seat. Which is very well padded. I have never liked those regular bicycle seats. That make it hard to ride at 25mph or more. And never sits just right, again...Excellent comfort. It has the distance which I don't need but enjoy. The 48v15ah battery charged in about 3 hours. But keep in mind...I did not wear it down to zero power. I have once and I got about 40 miles out of it. Full electric But I am 160. and 5/11.Straight roads with no hills. So, any heavier person might not make it as far. Again, very comfortable. They will also sell you a second battery if you ask them about it. You can get the distance from using the power and pedaling so it has a range of at least 60 or more miles based on pedal assist. Still Very good. If your slightly lazy like me... Shuh... I won't tell anyone...Order a second battery so it is easy both ways. LOL It's a simple swap out with your keys. The front fork and rim...I have had NO problems with stability on this E-bike AT ALL....The Bike...I Love it... It looks like a mini-Motorcycle with the rims. It is very stylish. I have added an alarm system to it. And it goes next to the headlight which I find I actually like. It has a bright led headlight and a working break light and turn signals that let people know when you are turning. Or stopping. Instead of the old way of putting your arm out or constantly pushing a button to let people know you are stopping. Very Safe on the road. again, I Love it. This is an honest review...No crap...I honestly love the bike. I have a 50cc scooter and it is as nice and rides as well as my scooter. but it uses gas. and I am cheap LOL It is made very well, and it is reasonably priced. For what I payed. I was impressed. these are all the pros. I have owned it for about a month and I have never been disappointed in it. I have not had any cons .... I have ordered extra tubes for the tires...Just to be proactive This way I have them should I ever need them...I hate waiting for stuff to come through the mail LOL. SECOND UPDATE: CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER RESPONDED TO MULTIPLE EMAILS REGARDING AN ERROR CODE 020. IF YOU ENCOUNTER THE CODE TO SAVE YOU TIME, CHECK ALL CABLE CONNECTIONS. WE WERE ABLE TO FIND THE PROBLEM AND FIX IT ON OUR OWN, BUT WE SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED A RESPONSE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WOULD RECOMMEND FINDING A LOCAL BIKE SHOP AND MAKING YOUR PURCHASE WHERE YOU KNOW YOU CAN GET IT SERVICED. Review update: after 5 months the bike is showing an error code. The manual does not have any errors codes listed in its trouble shooting and customer service has been unresponsive. The throttle will not work and my daughter is unable to ride. We are well within our one year warranty and purchased the 2 year extension. While my daughter loves this bike, as a parent I have concerns. It is a bit difficult to put together, directions were not entirely clear. It has a lot of power behind it. ... show more

(don't buy it! Seriously!) worst part, sloppy unsafe welding on the frame!! (Pinholes in welding, amateur welding, and a complete dismissal for rider safety) Overall a 2 star ebike. From my experience with the product, as a gentle rider, I can say it doesn't come without issues. I've had several issues, which I've listed below, all were annoying and frustrating but none of those issues made the bike itself completely unrideable BUT it did make it extremely unsafe! It would still function properly, but without key features. So I've updated my review to 2 stars based on supports unwillingness to help at all with things that actually matter. 664 miles total so far. Only using for a work commuter, and my riding style is moderately gental on bikes. Flawless performance until 300ish miles in total. Shimano cassettes/freewheel bearings went bad very quickly and sounded so bad the bike was nearly unrideable but didn't affect proformance, had it replaced at a local bike shop but support also sent a new one to me for free in the mail, but it took almost a month to receive. Integrated brake light also failed and would no longer light up, support sent a new one for free, but again, it took a long time to receive. Motor also started making a strange noise when only rolling the bike backwards. Proformance doesn't seem to be affected by it. Support said they sent a new one for free but haven't received in over 4 months, same with the headlight/horn, I asked for replacments for both of them. 3-4 months later, haven't gotten a thing. It's a HUGE safety issue. They did warn of a long wait time for the motor but not the headlight/horn. So why have I not seen the headlight/horn yet guys?! What's going on! I ride home from work at night, past midnight so? Thank for nothing? Still using original motor and it's still functioning fine except for a terrible slipping/grinding noise of the gears. 450 miles in, the headlight started flickering uncontrollably, support sent me a new one but I'm still waiting for it to arrive. 550 miles in and the headlight looses all function and doesn't turn on, still waiting for new one to arrive. (Update* still haven't received, asked for it in January, it's now April. Wow. LED display also starts malfunctioning, making the bike unable to turn off (ie. throttle still working at max speed even when the bike is off). Support sent an upgraded display that solved that issue. It arrived very quickly and was easy to install. (A true surprise considering my experience) Overall it's a good bike, it'll keep running and running but it seems all the accessories for it fail rather quickly. Either that or the bike I received just wasn't handled with care. Otherwise, it does get me back and forth to work every day. But soon, it won't. Cause it's low key a crap bike. Good starter bike if your willing to learn to work on it. But it still is terrible. Don't risk it!!!! *Update: it's been several months since the motor broke. I contacted support and they told me they'd send them quickly. It's been over 2 months since I asked again for the new parts. So that's almost 5 to 6 months without accessory's that are NEEDED. They do not care about your safety, just your money. and I haven't received a new headlight/horn for my bike and it's been even longer than that. This company sucks so bad. They'll tell you their on your side and say "I got you if the bike breaks" and then, several months after asking them to send a new part, it still hasn't arrived and they probably never even sent it in the first place. So I'm still without a headlight and a horn and the motor sounds so bad I can't even ride it. And guess what, the bike is still within warranty. So what's going on? A bad company, that's what. I'll forever slander this company for their ineffective solutions and laziness. I will also be going to all their websites and such and leaving horrible reviews. I never want anyone else to go through this. Thanks for nothing you lazy good for nothing company/ people that run it. Have fun going out of business and thanks screwing me with a bike that doesn't even work correctly. I got it to go to work and back and I can't even tell you how much money I've spent on ubers to get to work because this bike is that bad after 600 miles. I work on bike professionally so thats how you know this bike is horrid. Don't buy it. Don't buy it. Don't buy it 👍 save your money for a couple extra weeks and get a much better bike that'll last so much longer. Btw the welds on the bike have pinholes everywhere. That's very unsafe. Imagine the frame collapsing while riding. That's possible death. Worst product I have ever bought on Amazon. And I've gotten some horribly functioning items in the past. All that being said, it does still function and move, it just sounds like absolute crap and also the overall functionality of the bike declines RAPIDLY. after 300 miles, expect the bike to start falling apart (almost literally). Good luck, Godspeed, but seriously, buy something else. Don't buy this. (Only taking review down if they send the parts I've been promised several months ago. Otherwise I'll be going to all their websites and web addresses that allow reviews and I will be leaving extremely detailed reviews on exactly what's wrong with this bike.
