Everything was intact but one cup, that was broken. Plates and bowls were tightly packed, but the cups are not. And sure enough, one was broke. Amazon does not grant you the option just to return the item in the set that's broken for a replacement. Either repack and return the whole set or live with the one broken item. And I did not see a way to contact the company on their Amazon store site. Otherwise, the set is really nice. ... show more

These dishes work for casual or for fine dining. They are unique in their look and also a slightly smaller size. The smaller size is helpful in not overeating as less food on the plate still makes the plate appear to be full.
