I am so glad I purchased this vacuum. It was a Black Friday sale item and was so excited about it It does not disappoint. I have all carpet upstairs and all hardwood floors downstairs. I can vacuum my whole upstairs, vacuum the stairs, and vacuum the whole downstairs without having to change any setting. The suction is great on it. I can vacuum my hardwood floors and it sucks up the dust as well. It has the best swivel head I have ever seen on a vacuum which makes it so much easier to get under and around things. It has a cup big enough to hold the debri I am vacuuming up and easy to unclip the lid and dump in the trash. You can also pull out the filter to clean when need be. I love this product quality and price. Work wonders especially if you have stairs. It's cordless no plugging and unplugging for bottom half of stairs. Light weight and has a wall mount so it won't fall. Very well satisfied and recommend to all and my friends.

    • Works well except for the middle connector unless we just got a bad unit.
Vac works well but has one issue.. the middle connector for the vacuum bar is very loose and flimsy

I was looking to purchase a cordless vacuum. The pro was the price-it was significantly lower than most. With the low price I would say the quality was OK. It seems flimsy with some of the attachments and it doesn’t have the suction anywhere close to my normal vacuum. It does have 2 settings for power but I always have to use the higher. However, I use it for light cleaning where I would normally sweep (kitchen/bathroom floors) or cleaning where a traditional vacuum may be hard to reach, baseboards, stairs, etc. It gets the job done in those cases.
