Despite some bizarre shipping unit works well. I did however. Have to pop the top off to plug in the heater switch as it wasn't fully plugged in, luckily the machines aren't hard to work on and nothing was faulty. Works great. Heads up though, shipping was bizarre. The unit went from KS to Florida back to KS before it came to mo. However. It works, it made it here and I'm happy with the performance. I’ve had this for close to a year. I haven’t gone a month without having some sort of issue with it. First the newer plastic wand cracked after a couple of uses. I actually think it was cracked when I got it but didn’t notice until the crack got bigger and affected the suction. The latest issue is that it started leaking from a tube inside the unit which was an easy fix. But then I started getting no water pressure coming out of the wand. I’ve taken the whole unit apart and cleaned everything and still no luck. I’ve always used mutter products for the last 15 years in car detailing and always been very happy but this unit is garbage. ... show more

    • Powerful little extractor
I got this product to replace my bissel that I was using. I have done detailing for about a year now and everytime I went to cleaned carpet. I was tired of having to tell my customers the Inconvenience of that your seats might still be just more than damp. First use out of the box was awesome this thing really does suck water it’s small and compact making it economical. I was afraid that this machine would leave my carpets nearly soak like other carpet extractor. This machine left my carpets almost dry after i was done. I was so impressed just how much suction power this machine had. Overall: this machine is an excellent choice if your looking at upgrading into a professional carpet cleaner. The small fresh water and recovery tank does make it a nuisance. But it’s perfect for your first real professional machine. I had no major issues out of the box but except one minor issues while running the machine. If you keep the pump and heater turned on it’s prone to water locking which won’t allow the water to come out of the gun. You have to turn the machine off and it let it cool to allow the heated pressure to alleviate. My suggestion would be to turn the machine completely off while you agitate. ... show more

    • Great vacuum, works great
I run a car detailing business and this vacuum has become very valuable asset. Great water pressure, along with great suction. I've Used this vacuum about 20 times since I bought it a few months back and it never let me down. Only true complaint about the vacuum is I wish there were a cover over the cleaning solution port to block out debris from falling in there but other than that I highly recommend and would definitely buy again. This is a very affordable, and powerful carpet spotter. The benefit of having this is that it has its own internal heating element. This heating element makes the water extremely hot, which helps breakdown any grime or grease or stains out of your fabrics or carpeting. Uses include automobiles, household, carpeting, steps, dog or cat bathroom issues, which is what we use it for when my dogs have accidents in the house. It’s small it’s portable and it’s easily stowed. The one downside is that when you go to drain it you have to do it in an area that has an open basin or outside because as soon as you unscrew the drainage cap, it literally just pours out with force.     • The vacuum didn’t work
I bought the Mytee-S-300H new. Once I received and open the the package to try everything out, I discovered that the pump and heat works fine but not the vacuum… I had some jobs in place and due to the machine not working it has put me behind.. I highly unsatisfied for the amount of money I spent for a product that should be new ... show more
