The media could not be loaded. Wand defective. Company won’t replace their defective product. Machine useless. Paid a lot of Money for it to sit in my garage !!!

    • If you let it run out of cleaning fluid, it causes an airlock and won't pump the cleaning fluid
We can't get the cleaning fluid to pump and this is the second time. It's not designed very well.
