This backpack would be good for a carry on that would be able to slide under the seat or easily in the overhead compartment. Actually fits a 17" laptop even with the laptop in a protective sleeve. Lots of internal compartments that are zippered, mesh or pockets to hold various items. A couple of issues I had which led to me returning the backpack was that the front pocket is deep and would swallow up anything that fell out of the open pockets. When the backpack was full it would also bulge making it more difficult to fish things out of the pocket without having to removing things just to get room for my hand to go down there. This backpack is just what I needed. I needed it to be big enough to fit my giant laptop, be secure, and have room for other items. It has all those things. It is also super cute. The material is nice because it can be wiped off. It has little wires to plug into your laptop… honestly I don’t use that part. Might be a nice feature tho. The backpack is plenty large enough for a 17.3” laptop. I would like a few more compartments, but there is enough room for all the essentials and a power bank and an audio connection, to support a mobile phone on the outside. Combo lock for the zippers is an unexpected bonus.
