These chairs are fantastic! I was shocked at the reasonable price - I bought a set of 2. Easy to put together just follow the instructions. I have some other polywood Adirondack chairs that are 14 years old (different brand) and this polywood material is smoother than the old ones. These chairs are a bit smaller than standard A'dack chairs, but that was an intentional purchase for me due to space constraints so be aware of sizing if you plan to purchase. I purchased these chairs as a Christmas gift for my husband . The second chair would have been for me. Since it was winter we decided not to open them until spring so we could just assemble them on the deck and not have to assemble inside and then move them. The boxes they came in were not damaged so we assumed they were OK. That was not a good idea. We went to open them up in the spring, only to find one of the chairs was broken. It was the side of the chair which is the main support so we can't fix it. Someone must have dropped it very hard during shipping for it to break off the way it did. The return window was only two months so I wasn't able to return them and get another set of two. Since they are sold in a set of 2 I can't just order another one. That was disappointing. I wish there was a way to contact seller directly just to get the one chair replaced. I didn't need to get another two. At any rate, it is a nice looking chair, comfortable for the type of chair and was fairly easy to assemble. Two people putting together is better. Don't tighten the screws until you have the whole chair put together. Hopefully they last a while. ... show more

These are an outstanding buy! Comfortable and great looking. Quality materials and well packed. I used a compact rechargeable screwdriver and had two chairs assembled in just over 1/2 hour using the easy to follow directions and diagrams. Great product at great price!

I was a little hesitant to purchase these chairs at first because many of the reviews talked about difficulties putting together. Glad I took the chance because it was super easy! I changed my rating from a 3 to a 5 star. The chairs are nice. Customer service is very customer oriented and genuinely want to assist customers and make sure they are happy & satisfied. Sturdy Adirondack outdoor chairs. Arrived on time. Must put together, but minimal. Company sent an email, "problem with your order." There wasn't a problem, they just wanted to make customers aware they're there for support. Their wording is not customer friendly which is why I gave 3 stars. The chair was very easy to put together (although it would have been made easier if the pieces had been marked). I was able to get it done pretty quickly by myself. I was very pleased at how sturdy it seems, and with a high-backed cushion, which I had ordered separately, it is quite comfortable. I do wish that it folded up, but you can’t have everything at this price. I wanted to see how I liked it before ordering a second one. I just ordered a second chair.
