Got this and was kind of wary about it. The termperature reading isn't great - I keep this thing set to 19 degrees, but I only get 1 or 2 bottles that'll ever freeze in it. It seems like the best temperature to keep it at though. Everything else stays cool enough to enjoy. It takes a long time to cool though. When I first got it I hooked it up with the AC to DC adapter, set it to max, and set it to 33 degrees, thinking it would be right above freezing and would get water cool fast. It took 4 days to get the water cold, but mostly because the temperature read out was so inaccurate. This seems way better at keeping things cool than it is at making them cold, but if you keep that in mind it's a great cooler. ... show more

I bought the first d35 freezer in August, the first week I was having problems with the temperature controller. The freezer would go into an uncontrollable temperature mode freezing everything in the freezer compartment with the compressor not shutting off. So I returned it to amazon thinking it was a defective unit. I placed another order for the same model in September and had it for about 3 weeks and it started having the same problem as the first one. I Emailed EENOUR customer support and a representative contacted me the next day "very impressed with the tech support rep Jay". These 35L ship to Hawaii free with Prime, very rare for a 12v compressor cooler. When I got it, a corner protector was missing. Jay was quick to reply to my email, and I got a replacement in the mail in a couple weeks. Just wish the 45L could ship here too, every little bit of interior space counts!

I like the look of the fridge. Goes good with my jeeps interior. I like that the lid is able to be reversed. Works good for the money. An arb is 4 times the cost. So take that into mind. I ordered the 45L fridge for my kiddo and she had remarkable customer service so here is her experience: When I got this fridge I noticed some small things that didn't quite seem right in the compressor department so I messaged the seller to make sure it was alright to use. Jay was quick to reply and happy to address every concern I had, encouraging me to test it out. Even going so far as to check the pictures I sent with their engineers! And I was even given a longer warranty period for extra reassurance. Throughout the whole thing Jay was very clear and chipper! There was a super reasonable response time, especially given time difference, and each question was thoroughly addressed professionally and without overlooking anything! The whole experience definitely left me feeling very confident in the company I chose. Some notes on the fridge itself: For us, the perfect size for van! If I had a small car though I’d go with the 35L option. I’m a huge fan of the metal coated handles which actually spring back down when not being used to prevent rattling! I also love the location of the display and that it has buttons rather than a touchscreen. We had one before with touch on top of the fridge and our cat constantly bumped it. It could lock, but it took internet to do, which half the time we were in the woods and still beeped each time. With something like this that you just set and leave its better this way for sure. As far as running it, it gets to cool temp really fast, and stays there better than the other one we had and does truly seem energy efficient, though we’ve only had it for a short time. The one thing I noticed is that the top of the cooler remains warmer than the bottom. However, Jay mentioned they designed it this way so that items on bottom could remain frozen and non-frozen items could go on top. Which makes sense and I actually really like because we will use this fridge in our camper van and using the whole fridge as a freezer for one carton of ice cream is a pain. But if you were using it as a chest freezer might be an inconvenient thing to discover so I wish it was demonstrated more clearly in their listing. Although I have not had this refer very long, I sure love the quietness...low power draw...and fast cooling of my food.........37 Qt. We are totally Solar here in the bush and anything that can add convenience to the lifestyle is always valued........now we can put fresh fish in a refer that keeps it fresh until we eat it in a day or so...........or throw it on the boat and bring friends' in town fish and wild game meat............so far so good!!!!!!!! This looks like a solid fridge. Aesthetically it is nice too. However, the cooling is not accurate at all. I have it set to 32degF and I have loaded it with sodas. It has been running for a week now. I put a thermometer in the fridge. The temp at the bottom of the fridge is 46degF and the upper shallow shelf is at 58degF. It is super quiet though. Sad. Going to return it. ... show more
