I will say this won't get you hot and toasty, but this truly saved my hands from frostbite. Temps were set to be well below zero recently and I had to drive to work non stop so ordered due to good reviews and would receive fast. My drive is 30 minutes and if it wasn't for this blanket to keep one of my hands warm while the other steered I truly would have had some serious issues. Took the chill off of my no idle layover. It’s warmer folded doubled. For more warmth you could layer it under a second blanket to hold the warmth in. It’s attractive and soft. It’s big enough to fold double in your lap.
