Supporting up to 20 lb camera rigs horizontally, the quiet and compact SliderONE v2 from edelkrone offers improved vertical capacity and wireless connectivity with HeadONE and HeadPLUS motorized heads. Use the SliderONE v2 to create revealing vertical moves at 90° with rigs weighing up to 5 lb. Constituting the equivalent of the oft-used center area of most sliders, the petite SliderONE v2 measures a compact 10.6" long, providing 7.9" of travel. Use this portable slider by itself to create subtle moves powered by its powerful, built-in dual DC motors, or wirelessly pair it with your HeadONE or HeadPLUS for motorized 2-axis or 3-axis moves. The compact SliderONE v2's 20 lb capacity suits it for use with a wide range of cameras including DSLRs, mirrorless, and smaller cine-style cameras. edelkrone's app for iOS and Android features a simple interface that enables you to design creative time- lapse and stop-motion effects using a single screen for all your edelkrone devices. Additional SliderONE v2 features include steadier speeds throughout the slider range, quieter operation, a LANC camera control port, a 2.5mm shutter trigger socket, and a smaller form compared to the earlier model. If you’re buying this, you need to understand what you’re buying. This isn’t going to have anywhere near the range of motion that the SliderPro or a rival like the Arc II has. You can get some decent parallax effects going but, in reality, this is for upping your B-roll game. Regarding the scathing remarks that some have left both here and on YouTube with reference to the app-pairing experience, I didn’t suffer any of that. It connected and worked each time I used it. Yes, the firmware updates frequently, but I’d rather have that than the alternative. All in all, it’s a nice slider you can throw in your bag to add some cinematic motion to both scripted and “run and gun” style shoots.     • GREAT QUALITY - But read before you read
material great ease to use I guess app works alright NOW HERE IS WHAT YOU WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU KNOW: 1) It uses Canon LP6N batteries .... NOT included in box, so if you do not have a canon camera.... you will NOT be able to use out of the box 2) you pretty much need a tripod head or the flip whatever they recommend to use it well... because most cameras will not have the same thread... the flip head they recommend jI heard it is good but the third parties ones are flimsey as heck.. 3) yes you can put heavy loads.... BUT if you have long lens sticking out and messing you center of gravity the set up will flip over... so your choices of set will be VERY LIMITED... the motor is strong enough for vertical/angled slides but it is not perfect. I would recommend if you do not have a slider yet, get one that is not motorized... this is a specialized (TOOO EXPENSIVE for what it does) niche slider. 4) I do not like that it does not have a clear on and off button.... it turns on when you stick the battery in... ... show more

    • No Battery
There is no. battery and you show the battery in the picture. 500 US$ without battery this is not fair. Normally you have to tell in the description there is no battery, and also you have to "white" the parts that are not included. Not satisfy at all.

Got this slider yesterday and it connected first try but after removing the battery to set it up on a tripod it wouldn’t reconnect to the app which is the only way to control it. I tried for an hour to get it to connect with the same result. I tried again today and it connected after 20minutes which for a $400 slider I don’t find acceptable when you can connect a phone to a $20 Walmart toy drone in one try.
