  • STRONG Inverter-Excellent Vendor Support!
Size: 24V-3000W
This unit is a beast! I have run my whole house (within reason, we don't push it). We have run the following directly off of the inverter, refrigerator with tablet built into door (sensitive electronics), wine fridge (gas compressor on a battery backup), all lighting, television and all internet, complete office and electric heaters. We have had neighbors ask "how do you have power?", we have the system backed up with 2 Optima Red Tops, 6 solar cell array, 48 volt, 1200 watt that keeps the batteries topped. I also have a generator, but hope to only need it in extended dark days. I had a unit fail, never really found out why, but the company helped me diagnose the unit for myself, I sent a few pics, they did too, their support was just fine, very to the point, good things to check (fuses, etc), then when we determined this one failed, they PROMPTLY sent me a new one! I also purchased a second one (they are cost effective and perfect for me) as a spare, this way I have zero downtime if one fails. Excellent service, strong product, excellent support! Edit: it is now 6/2021 and I would still rate this inverter a beast! Soon I will be asking this seller (ECO-WORTHY) what they have in a 220 volt with a little more power that this. Best clear, this inverter is friggin powerful, it just lacks 220 v and I would love more overhead. I invested in more batteries and I never really worry about this system. We are running a 4 bedroom house off of this beast. There are limitations, but my wife and I have adjusted well. It was a nightmare when I recently had family over. I had to explain, "please don't use the toaster, curling iron, microwave and dish washer and clothes dryer all on at once. It swamps my solar system". Nobody likes it lol, they learn that if they run too much, the system shuts down...only took one incident for then to figure, coordinate electrical activities...it's not hard, you just have to get used to it. Would I purchase again "Yes!" and I would not hesitate! ... show more

  • Don't waste your money
Size: 24V-3000W
I setup this all in one with 2 12v 200 amp batteries and 200watts of solar. I had it in garage for small projects. Running a very small compressor battery charging for drills and charged my e-scooter. It worked well for 3 months then one day tried to run my compressor nothing happened. Checked the fuses and they were all burnt out. Changed them and on the start up I hear the fuses pop again. Switched them out one more time and now the inverter won't work. It charges the battery but won't give power. Save your money get a better unit. ... show more

  • So far, so good.
Size: 24V-3000W
Does everything it says it does. The WiFi monitoring leaves a little to be desired, and is exceedingly difficult to set up, but nonetheless, it works. Inverter functionality is great. Handles inductive loads with ease. Mppt functionality is spot on, and works wonders. My only gripe, is you can't exceed 100VOC. The User interface is generic, and requires the user manual to make any sense of it, but it does have tons of functionality, including power save/ load sense mode for the inverter. You can use it as a UPS Transfer switch as well, switching between shore power, and inverter. Great bang for the buck. I've had mine a little more than a month so far. ... show more

  • So far its working perfect
Size: 24V-3000W
Finally have complete install done, had to add a charger for trailer brakes. But other than that it does everything. Even runs 13k air conditioner, as long as the battery's can keep up. I do get lights flickering some times only with water pump. Both must be on a DC circuit and could result from 24v to 12v converter being used. Got some matching solar panels and still learning the different configurations for that. ... show more

  • Causes LED lights to flicker on dimmers, tech support is not helpful
Size: 24V-3000W
The media could not be loaded. The vendor I purchased from was DC House, there may be other vendors. I have it installed in a house with mains connected (through a subpanel). All lighting in the house is LED and most interior fixtures have appropriate dimmers. When mains are connected to this unit but not bypassing and the inverter is running on batteries, the lights flicker (attached video). It's most noticeable at low dim levels. When mains are bypassing (inverter not running), they don't flicker. When mains are disconnected (inverter running) they don't flicker. It seems to be an internal issue related to AC frequency matching. I've contacted both Eco-worthy and DCHouse. The only response I got from Eco-worthy was asking for my order number. DCHouse has responded with a string of questions avoiding the issue. I'm going to give them a few more days to resolve this, but if they don't I'll return it and replace with a better brand. Chat text attached, judge for yourself... DCHouse, Dec 26, 2023 2:55 AM Hi *****, Please don't worry, we will help you. May I ask when the light flickering, is your battery fully charged? also you can take a picture of the display of the screen, then we can better help you. Best wishes, Oliver Me, Dec 26, 2023 8:00 AM Hello. I've observed this behavior at various battery stages from fully charged to nearly ready to switch back to grid. I haven't checked while charging via PV and it's raining today so I doubt I'll get that. Amazon wouldn't let me attach a video so here's a link to a short one in my Google Drive. Thanks...Kevin [link removed] Attachments: IMG_3649.JPG DCHouse, Dec 27, 2023 12:34 AM Hi *****, I'm sorry the link was blocked by Amazon, but I received the picture, the problem may be the battery? May I ask for the information about your battery? Is it Lithium battery or lead acid? It seems like the battery didn't fully charged, if you have a multimeter, you can use it to test the voltage of the battery after disconnect it with the machine. Best wishes, Oliver Me, Dec 27, 2023 7:47 AM The batteries (6) are Enjoybot LiFePO4 12V 100Ah, 2s3p. They're fine and work as expected. I also tested this with 2 new fully charged lead-acid deep cycle batteries, same flickering. I've seen this behavior when batteries are fully charged (inverter went into float mode at 28.8V) and also completely discharged. Battery state has nothing to do with it. The ONLY time the dimmed lights flicker is when mains are connected but idle and the inverter is running. Disconnecting mains makes the problem go away. Bypassing power (inverter off, mains on) also makes the problem go away. I ran a separate connection back to mains thinking close proximity of supply and return wiring to the inverter might be causing interference, but that also made no difference. I also replaced a dimmer with a different brand/style and the lights still flickered. The problem appears to be internal to the all-in-one. DCHouse, Dec 28, 2023 4:34 AM We will ask our tech and reply to you tomorrow. Me, Dec 28, 2023 7:32 AM Thank you. I bought a different brand/style dimmer switch and a different LED light fixture and they both flickered as well. DCHouse, Dec 29, 2023 12:44 AM Hi *****, You can check the manual again, it says that the light is on when the mains output is on, and the battery output is flashing in inverter mode. Best wishes, Oliver Me, Dec 29, 2023 7:26 AM Thank you, but I understand that. It's irrelevant, so I'll restate my issue again. When mains are connected but not bypassing and the inverter is running on battery, any LED lights installed in the house flicker when dimmed. They don't flicker when mains are bypassing nor do they flicker when the inverter is running on battery (at any charge level.) DCHouse, Dec 30, 2023 3:22 AM Hi , Oh sorry, I will ask him again. Also did you try another load? For example if you connect a TV, does it also supply power intermittently? Best wishes, Oliver Me, Dec 30, 2023 7:31 AM I have several circuits connected--refrigerator, computer, large monitor, small appliances, several lights. I've turned off all breakers so that only a single dimmable light was on (and flickering). I've run the inverter at nearly full capacity with motors and electric heaters. All dimmable LED lights (110V, not DC) on any circuit react this way regardless of power draw (or type of draw). DCHouse, Dec 31, 2023 3:44 AM Hi , Our technicians need you to provide us with the power level of your LED lights and the parameter settings of your all-in-one machine. Can you give us this information? Best wishes, Oliver Me, Dec 31, 2023 8:09 AM Info attached. All rooms have one fixture per switch. DCHouse, Jan 1, 2024 6:11 AM Hi *****, Thankyou, we will reply to you soon. Since we're still on New Year's holiday, the techs will be late responding to my messages, except for customer service who has work. And we are in China, so it will be late to reply you. But what I can assure you is that we will help buyers to solve the problem if the product has problem during the warranty period. Best wishes, Oliver DCHouse, Jan 2, 2024 3:52 AM Hi *****, Please check the following: 1. Is your machine input and output properly grounded? (very important) 2. Please try to battery alone to access the inverter, use a multimeter to measure the machine output voltage fluctuations, observe whether the LED light flashes; 3. Another test: the machine should not be connected to battery and PV first, only connect to the mains to power the LEDs, and observe whether there is flashing. Best wishes, Oliver Me, Jan 2, 2024 12:39 PM Both machine and case are grounded, via ground wire to breaker box. I've answered questions #2 and #3 several times, please reread this thread from the beginning before asking me any more questions. But yet state again, by 'battery alone', I've said that the flickering ONLY occurs when mains are connected but not bypassing. There is no flickering with 'Battery alone'. There is also no flickering with mains alone & bypassing (no inverter function). The ONLY ONLY ONLY ONLY ONLY time this occurs (for the fifth time) is when mains are connected but not bypassing and the inverter is supplying power to loads. Please do NOT ask me this question again, I've been very clear with this information. The problem appears to be with the frequency tracking within the inverter. When the mains are disconnected, there's no frequency tracking and no flickering. ... show more
