They do not respond back to question from an email they send you. You call and can NEVER speak to someone right away. Do NOT waste your money on this company. I was having issues connecting my wifi adapter. Lark went the extra mile, and worked with tech support to get my inverter up and going, and with some set up , it works great. had it for almost a year now. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone.

I worked with the support team to correct the L58 error on the display, and the inverter is not charging the battery via AC input line. The support team was not able to fix the problems. I ended up returning the unit.

    • Terrible manual, labels, support, functionality, etc......

Typos, unclear manual, support lacking and never available and doesn't reply to leave a message with us on their site. Just a horrible experience. I still have the junk, and it just drains the battery every night even though it's off, and then complains with battery error codes. I've gone through the manual so many times I shredded it up. Settings aren't even sticking when I apply them sometimes. Just a freaking humongous nightmare for an expensive purchase like this. ... show more
