At first we thought this was a great buy. Then we took it on highway and one of the center post holding bike up Bent! We - called Amazon and they offered 55 dollar refund or ship it back to them for full refund. Now I’m stuck trying to take rack apart so I can ship it back and find a large shipping container. ... show more

    • Missing screws
Box was ripped open on delivery from FedEx. Missing four screws that hold the plastic ends on one bike channel. Seems to be well built. Only concern is will this block the tail light when it is on the back of out Class C motor home. We’ll see?

    • Heavy Duty Bike rack with ramp.
Well constructed bike rack with ramp for ease of bike loading. A securing strap was damaged from shipping and customer service promptly shipped a new set. Good bike rack for heavier E-bikes.

    • Not wind sturdy
Only used 2 times. First time everything went good. 2nd time the wind bent the bike support pole, and wheel strap broke upon reloading.
