The 50.7 container. I read reviews on this item so many times and really wanted to love it so much. I finally decided to take the risk and buy it when the price went down. The item got here fast and with no problems. It holds a 20lbs bag of Goya Medium Rice. It comes with a one cup measuring rice container. I love the wheels and how easy it is to move forward in cabinet or counter. Unfortunately, it is not airtight at all! From the side I can see a gap where the lid lifts to get the rice and I can even see my finger between the gap while pressing down. Seems it needed a thicker rubber gasket sealant or another rim of plastic on the inner side of the container to prevent bugs from coming in. I have yet to have any bugs issues but just the though....... ugh. Or even just germs in the air flying into my rice. (Yes, even if I wash it) I can insert a uncooked spaghetti without lifting the tap. If I can do that. Bugs can crawl in there too! If they fix that I would definitely change my rating and buy more. ... show more

Not air tight. Filled it with expensive rice $75/25lbs and got bugs in it. Contacted Amazon for help, they said they would reach out to the manufacturer. I haven't heard back yet, it's been months. Don't buy this expecting it to be air or water tight.

I opened these a few minutes ago and was very disappointed. They are SO small! I went back to the reviews, yes I bought the size that said they hold 25# of rice. Whatever! Fine, we'll see.....Well, now I sit here, writing my review, while eating a Huge serving of Crow. I successfully poured 25# of brown rice in one, 25# of Lentils in the second, and 25# of flour in the third. They are perfect. They stacked nicely in the pantry, and are SO organized. Now I can get to everything and there is nothing hiding in the back that I will forget exist. The lids lock down, the front has a hinged lid for easy scooping access and it even came with a scoop. I wish I was this "disappointed" with all my purchases!!! Great Product ... show more

Sadly, it's NOT airtight and NOT watertight. The description claimed, "Excellently airtight and watertight with patented 4-hinge locking system with silicone sealing ring"... Was I supposed to take your word for it? Silly me, I tested it: I filled it partially with water, snapped all clips closed, turned the bin upside down and... it FAILED miserably. A stream of water escaped from the quick open flap, even with my hand helping to apply pressure to the closed flap. (See pics) The flap seal is different from the full outer seal. The full outer seal is secure and does seem to work but you can't escape the inadequate flap design. Looking closely, the flap is definitely not airtight. There is only one clip opposite the hinge securing that flap. It was easy to see the 2 gaping sides that had no clips. I liked the design of the bin but I already own non-airtight bins that I was trying to replace. Shame on you Amazon for lying to me. P.S. I don't know why my review isn't showing up as an Amazon Verified Purchase. It was sold by and shipped by Amazon.com LLC at a price that was available to everybody that day (no discounts or promos and not available only to prime members). Shame on you Amazon for trying to bury my honest review. ... show more

I got these specifically to store some bulk rice. Reading reviews I wasn't quite sure if it would fit a 25lb bag of rice. I feel like I could have fit almost all of it had I wanted to fill it to the brim and not leave a scoop in it, and have maybe a few cups to put in some containers in my kitchen but for now I'm using both for the rice. A little pricey, but they are the only kinds like this at this size. I got the large container for $25 a piece. They came with two scoops/cups but I already have some scoops. The wheels glide really nicely. If the price goes down if most definitely buy more for oats and other things but for now two is good. ... show more

For food storage I need/ want airtight & water tight. Otherwise bugs could get in and air could get in causing the food to dry out and/ or spoil. On the Amazon website advertisement it literally states that these containers are airtight & watertight. On arrival, the packaging does not state airtight/ watertight. And just to be fair I tested it with water. It definitely is NOT watertight!!! Unfortuneately I bought 2 of this size & 2 of another size in same style. If I had known the truth I would not have bought these containers!!! Don't know what to do with them now. I cannot use them for food storage, which was supposed to be their purpose. Amazon needs to do a better job of verifying the data!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was so happy when I received my product after waiting weeks for it to be back in stock and then to reach me in the little and remote island I live in. Sadly I have had these for a week and I already found weevils in my brand new batch of rice, which I did not have before when I just kept it in its original bag. The top window does not close all the way from the sides since the clamps securing the lid are on the top and bottom, the sides are not sealed air tight as the product claims. From what I read from other reviews some people had the same experience, so pretty much these are a “buy at your own risk product”, I have the smaller container and that one seems to be air tight because there are clamps on all four sides (lid has to be removed completely). Unfortunately even though I have Prime but live so remotely I would have to pay for shipping if I wanted to return these... Not sure what I’m going to do with such big containers if I can’t store rice and flour which is why I bought them for, I put a piece of plastic film hopefully that will keep the bugs out. ... show more
