I purchased this table at the beginning of summer with full expectation to have many pleasant evenings on my deck. Upon arrival, the table was quite easy to set up and looked amazing. If there's one thing to be said, this table has that premium look and feel to it. Anyway, it comes time to finally ignite the burners for the first time and.....nothing. The switch releases the propane gas, clicks the spark plug, but no spark, no ignition, no flames. To circumvent this, I would light the table using a lighter with an extended neck. Not optimal, but hey, I really wanted to see what this table was like. That worked well, but I also noticed that the flames on the burner were uneven. Specifically, it seemed like the flames on the left side of the burner were notably larger than those on the right side. After some troubleshooting with no resolution to either issue, it was time to contact customer support. Several helpful emails later, the problem had been identified and a replacement part was expeditiously sent to me. I assembled the replacement last night, activated the ignition switch, and voilà, the burner ignited perfectly! Even better, the flame balance is far more appropriate. So all in all, the table itself is excellent, the heat output from the flames is nice and cozy, and the customer service is nothing but wonderfully helpful. With Fall now arriving, I anticipate many nice evenings sitting around this table. ... show more

Beautifully made of top materials. The glass windguard adds so much to the beauty. East Oak has exemplary customer service. They are beyond fair when addressing and problems or replacements. Highly recommend. We added casters so I can wheel it around to various locations on my lanai and pool deck. I’m beyond five star rating! Customer service is amazing. The media could not be loaded. We love it! It's absolutely stunning! Love the gray color too! Easy to put together, shipping was fast. Everything was packaged well!! I bought the cover, the wind guard and Bahamas fire glass rocks because this 52 inch gray table comes with amber ones... Perfect addition to my screened in porch that has beach decor. The pics and video was of it set on low. It gets hot, trust me. It's nice heat output for 40 degree temps or something like spring and fall night temperatures. Got the product on time, and very easy to set up. The only issue was it was missing the flame guard. I contacted customer support and they could not have been any more helpful! Love the way it works, it's perfect for what we want. And I would like to emphasize that the customer support was superb!

    • Wrong part but good support!

Started off with high hopes. Fire pit table had good reviews. Paying more but I already have a less expensive fire pit table that doesn’t work. Then I started the assembly process and got stuck at step 3. They provided two F panels instead of an F and a J. The panel is labeled J but is clearly an F so the tank holder won’t mount. Sent information to East Oak and was told to order a replacement unit since the part is not available. Update: The replacement arrived in a few days, had all the right parts and assembled quickly! The glass guard is a little challenging to assemble. 8 brackets and four pieces of glass all have to be aligned and tightened. I’d recommend placing on a flat surface like a countertop and assembling there. East Oak provided a partial refund for my inconvenience so that was appreciated! The completed fire table looks very nice! Seems like it will throw a lot of heat but haven’t used much yet. ... show more

You will not believe this, but they shipped us a brand new fire pit table and only asked that I adjust my review. Actually having a company CARE about their customers and reviews these days has become rare. The new product works like a dream. I would not hesitate to buy from this company. Five Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ It’s beautiful but every single time we use it, the flame goes out. Let me assure you this is NOT due to operator error. My husband is a pro.     • You light up my life - not!

Put the table together and it was great. Fired right up and was very nice. Fast forward 4 days - it will not light. The ignition sparks but nothing happens. I’ve tried lighting it with a flame but still nothing. Switched tanks and still no ignition. There’s clearly a problem with the table. Could be a bad regulator or valve because it is definitely not getting propane to the spark. Reached out to East Oak tonight via email. We’ll see. Other reviews say they’re very responsive. The media could not be loaded. I really like this fire table. For the money, you can’t beat it. It’s stylish and the flame can be very tall if you want it. It comes with brown stones, but I’m going to switch those out to Caribbean blue. Seems very dependable and highly recommend. Five stars… Go buy it and enjoy your fall and winter evenings.
