  • Great ride
It was already put together and the seller was in contact with me immediately and made sure I knew what was going on the whole.

  • Defective item
I dislike this product due to the seat detaching from the frame. I haven't been able to enjoy the scooter. I brought a whole trailer to transport the scooter. Now I'm forced to return it and hopefully I can find someone who would buy the trailer. I'm totally devastated and upset. The company took forever to respond, only to be further delayed waiting for a new seat. That pushed me beyond the return policy. Be careful of the seat, it wasn't properly installed. ... show more

  • Nice Beastie
This thing is a beast - in a good way. I only used 70% power and she was going 12 mph. The spedo is in kmh so you have to convert if you care about that sort of thing. The only problem is that you need to use the dial not the handlebar to slow down slowly - the handlebar control is not very sensitive so you go from fast to stop very quickly. Also, it is proving to be a task to find an affordable hitch carrier that can accomodate its width and length. ... show more

Great Scooter. I am 6' 4" tall weigh 240 lbs. and have plenty of room on this scooter. The scooter is able to take me ware I want to go.

  • Big tires help it not get stuck
Tail light fall off seat broke first week needs longer n better bolts Way to fast for average rider needs to have a safety speed regulator I think

  • You have to be very careful about the charger because it comes undone easily and when you think you are charging it you're not
I chose this scooter because it said it was heavy duty and I thought it ment, well built, not so much. I chose it because it will go up to 40mile per charge yes if you are lighter wt. I am 22 pounds under the max wt and it takes more battery the heavyer you are. the instructions are lacking I study them my neighbor did too and it took 2 days before we figered out how to get it started. The most dissapointing is the turn radiouse. and yes it warns you about a larger turn radiouse required I just under estmated how much room I would need I can not get it into my apt via front door the hall is 3 ft wide. I have to drive it out back over the grass into my back door and slowly get it into the living room to get to the kitchen. You have to be very careful about the charger because it comes undone easily and when you think you are charging it, you not. I did really enjoy driving it a mile down the road to the store but it had much trouble getting back up the hill but most scooters have a grade they can go up. I wish I could figer out how to lock the brakes I got stuck on the hill and couldn't get off the scooter without it wanting to roll backwards. I wished I had choosen a scooter with a more sturdy body. and less bells and whisles and easier to understand. It is a bit big to take in most stores also. I had to barrow money from my sister to get it and I am hoping I will get it working better the more I know it. I am already looking at other scooters with a better warenty and maybe just go to a store in town. Next time I want to get on it and try it out before i spend so much. I can say the support number is good and I will probly call them again cause I tried to run it today and it says I have plenty battery it wont turn on. ... show more

  • It doesn't go 40 miles as advertised.
I only get about 15 to 20 miles per charge. I'm a big person, but no where near the 500 lb. capacity listed. One of the reasons I bought it was so I could go farther on it. Very disappointing. Also, it is easy to flip backwards on a hill when you are starting out. And going down a hill is crazy. It picks up steam if you leave the throttle open and if you let the throttle down, it stops on a dime. There is no coasting on this scooter. Also, it did take awhile when I got it to figure out how to get it started. (The parking brakes both have to be released). With that said, it is very fun to ride. I can only get mine to do 15 mph, but that is pretty fast for a scooter. It also rides pretty smooth compared to smaller scooters. ... show more

  • Not a good scooter
I like it when we first got it it worked well. The throttle has a delay. But after 8 months abd only using it a hand full of times. We have had to replace the batteries and they are not cheap. And now it will only hold a 50% charge on the new batteries I might add and when you go to give it the throttle it drops the battery to 20% and won't move and the dash goes blank. Call customer service and they said they don't have a technician in missouri. But on there web site it says they have them in at least 15 city's close to us. When I question them on that all they said was we don't have any technician close to you. Not a happy customer 😒. Especially for the money we spent for it. ... show more
