The media could not be loaded. Can't get it against the wall because of a electrical cord, maybe a safety reason. Pretty easy to assemble, all ready put together , just needed to remove packaging protections. Does take the chill off, and very relaxing to sit by it.

Really cool electric fireplace! Has a very nice real looking flame (due to a mechanical system moving underneath so isn't just a digital display). And the heater works good. The entire casing is fiberglass and it's painted to look like wood and stones on the side (which they did a good job!). Disappointed with the lack of sound. It's totally silent except for the heater and has no built in sound so they ship you an extra external "sound box" that runs on batteries and has a button to press. Basically defeats the remote control if you have to get up, go to the sound box, press the button, turn the volume down, and then sit back down. Why wasn't that sound box built in or wired to/powered by the fireplace????? Really bad design that way, but otherwise a great and nice looking fireplace.
