These were PERFECT for my windows that I cannot find curtains for in stores (all the heaters in my home are directly under windows. Go figure!) They're a heavy fabric, and they do not feel cheap at all. I was expecting a more fabric texture, but they're closer to satin? I bought these in black for my bedroom and they do not feel like they're made from the same material. The black feels more satin-y than the tan ones. The color is vibrant and as pictured. They are not too light or heavy and a great deal. The light is mostly blocked but you can see some light through the fabric. This curtain has light come through, the one on the right is a different brand but cost more.
