I got this arm for my new G9 57". It works great with the monitor and plenty able to hold its weight. I also loved the USB ports available in the arm base. Construction quality seems excellent and heavy duty. Unfortunately, it doesn't work in a dual arm configuration for me because I found the G9 had to be too low in order to allow the second monitor (a 27") to fit above it. The item description does state up to 49" and perhaps that is why, but if you're OK to have your bottom monitor (in case of a G9 57") lower than eye level this will work well for you. IF only the vertical post was 2" taller this would have been a perfect fit for me. I did try to contact the manufacturer but there is no way to get in touch with them, so I returned this instead for one by Putilsen which gives me the vertical clearance I needed (unfortunately, doesn't ship with USB ports in the base, but it has the cutouts so you can just buy your respective cables of choice and set it up yourself). If I didn't have the second monitor, I would have purchased the single arm version of this which would have been perfect. ... show more

I've been thinking about going to dual monitors at home for quite a while and found some decent sale stuff recently to finally implement it. I originally bought an msi side-by-side arm from newegg, but I really wanted to stack my monitors vertically and the only way to do that with the first arm meant I had to have my main monitor down low. This one works out much better for my needs - I've got the main monitor right at eye level and the secondary placed centered and above the main. That means I can have games/videos/work on the main monitor and have chat/web/music on the secondary. Installation was quick and easy. It does only use one bolt to attach to the desk using the drilled instead of the clamped mount. I haven't noticed it wobbling or anything, but I would have felt a little bit better with two bolts instead of one. We'll see how it goes. One of my two arms was missing the little screws that kind of snug the arms together. It still works without them but I'll be contacting the seller to get the missing parts. I had to pretty aggressively tighten the resistance on the arm with the main (ultrawide) monitor before it stopped sinking down from the set height. But that's to be expected - that's why the resistance can be tightened. There's really not a whole lot here to help with cable management, but by its nature the arm is behind your monitors and it wasn't too hard to get the cables reasonably snug to the arm. All told - it's 1/2 to 1/3 the price of comparable arms and I've got my monitors set up the way I want them. ... show more

Looks great easy to install with ultra widescreen and regular widescreen monitors. I had two tension screws that were stripped which made the second monitor arm unsecured. Emailed the manufacturer customer support and got a quick reply and they sent me replacements right away. Worth the buy just from that experience. ... show more

Did my research and watched the Manufacturer's product videos along with some youtube video reviews and installation tips and tricks videos. My install involved two Samsung G9 oled monitors from Prime WITHOUT the television hub. These monitors are being used for stock trading and I am not a gamer. The assembly and quality of the aluminum shafts, parts, and spring arms was excellent. Take your time and watch some of the videos. Follow the directions and look for the mounting backplate arrows that show you were to point it towards the top of the monitor. Be careful screwing the VESA Samsung included adapters into the back of the monitor hole area. The small tool kit with necessary allen wrenches was helpful. My set up required the base clamped unit to be mounted about six inches to the right of the desk centerline so that when the arms are mounted and monitors attached they will center up property on the desk line due to swing arm offsets. Make sure you attach the monitor mounting plates with the arrow pointing to the top of the monitor. Latching onto the arms is simple but do them slowly and make sure you backout the tension allen wrench screws at least three turns counterclockwise so the arm will not drop when the 28 lbs. monitor is secured to the arm which lists a max weight per arm of 44 lbs. so these are way under the load limit. You'll love the results and when properly adjusted these oled G9 monitors are perfectly suited for this type of installation. ... show more

Directions are horrid, and there are more pieces to this thing that an advanced jigsaw puzzle. The entire base wobbles after assembly. This thing is garbage.

This item is not cheap, but it performs exceptionally. Unlike my cheaper monitor mounts, this holds two 27" monitors perfectly without the slightest of wobbling when typing, and wobbles only when the desk itself is shook. The base attachment is beautiful, and the reason I chose this model in particular. I do not like the look of C-Clamps, and I have a desk riser this mount is attached to, so the c-clamp would be right in front of me otherwise. I imagine the screw clamp to the surface of the desk damages it, but since I have the desk riser I really didn't care too much. ... show more

Overall the unit is well built. I couldn't get the tension strong enough to hold a 49" LG or even a 32" ASUS 4K monitor. It appears that others have made it work so maybe I have an anomaly.
