The media could not be loaded. Works perfectly! Was quite easy to set up. Seller sent me video demonstrating how to do it. My white ink was not pulling at all. Been using my DTF printer for 1year now. Glad I took pictures of this right out of the box. It's all scratched up and had dried water spots on it. The blob is what it printed. Ink was leaking out of the head badly. I'll only buy from Procolored from now on. $300 for a USED head that doesn't work is crazy!!! Definitely returning it.
