A very small plastic “insert” controlled the direction of the spray would keep popping out and flooding the bathroom floor. It could not be secured without giving up the option to direct the cleaning water spray. Not worth the cost.

I love the fact that this has a raised seat included with the bidet. The whole set is perfect for those who may need assistance on the toilet. I can’t use the heating option since there is no where in my bathroom to plug it into. The rubber tube is longer than the colder tubing but still make sure there is somewhere in your bathroom that will hookup with this for the heated option. The seat is made out of plastic and is heavy duty but also lightweight. The box comes with all the tools needed expect the screwdriver to remove your toilet seat. There is also an app that can guide you through the set up process. The pressure of the bidet is good and the controls are easy to understand. Highly recommend for those who are in need of assistance in the bathroom since it helps clean the area. ... show more
