Really easy to use, and it seems more durable than the covering that came with our inexpensive Costco couch. We used push pins to hold the fabric in place and a staple gun to secure it.     • Good quality and easy to use.
My cat would play underneath my sofa and claw at the fabric. It eventually got ripped open in the front and then she would sleep inside of it. I finally used some blue painters tape to tape it closed until I could find out if it could be replaced. I went to the fabric department at Walmart and asked about what kind of material could be used. They did not carry it, but said I could go to an upholstery shop or look on line for it. I am so glad I found it on line thru Amazon. I removed the old material and replaced it with the new. Required only a metal office stapler I have had for 40 years on my desk at home for attaching the material. Couch looks like new underneath. ... show more

Well this was the perfect size, I even thought if I double it , that it would have been kitty proof ha ha laughs on me my little kitty got through no problem. I guess they just like being in the couch. It’s worth the money and I would but it again

    • Easy to use
This is my first time reupholstering anything. I did a Victorian loveseat where my cats had clawed up the fabric underneath. Then I ordered more to refresh my couch underneath. I have two very sturdy cat trees that have carpeted bases comma but not underneath period I was worried about the bolts on the base scratching my wood floor comma it's like stapled the extra fabric onto the bottom of those cat trees as well period I'm very pleased with the way they all came out. ... show more

    • Review for after three months
Replace old dust cover from the sofa and it still holds up. The only suggestion is to completely remove all the old staples and use a high-quality staple gun. I used a pneumatic staple gun off my air compressor. When I tried using my old staple gun that I used for tacking insulation to studs it didn't drive the staple in far enough. I had to follow up with a hammer. Otherwise, great fabric and I will probably get rid of the sofa before I have to ever replace the dust cover again. ... show more

    • Acceptable Quality but Coarse Weave
This is a synthetic fabric that works OK for making dust covers underneath the frames of furniture. The weave is a bit too coarse to match a real sateen, but does not unravel when you cut it to size.

    • Fixed tears on underside of ottoman
Exactly the same material that had been covering the bottom of the ottoman before it got several tears during a move. Easy to recover the whole underside using a staple gun and 3/8" staples.

I am really happy with how nice this fabric looks. It is much darker and denser than some of the other dust covers. Highly recommended.
