This oven came highly recommend. I can see why! It’s made so well. It’s a pretty color! It came with so many helpful things to start sublimating. I like the oven mitts provided. They are thick and good quality so you don’t get burned removing things. I like that it comes with shrink wrap sleeves. That’s so helpful! Heat tape is also included. I literally just plugged this in and used it. The instructions provided were very clear and precise. It heats up really fast. Less than a minute to get to temperature. I like that it beeps when it’s at temp and then as soon as you open the door, place your item, and close the door, it begins counting the time down. The buttons are easy to navigate and set. My project came out perfect! The only wish I have to make this oven even better is to have another tray included. I would like the option to have a few layers to sub with, otherwise this sub oven is perfect for your substrates. ... show more

In my opinion, this is a "must have" if you sublimate multiple sized tumblers (stainless or glass) and want an oven that is designed for sublimating drink blanks. What I like about this oven is the temp and time settings (a game-changer for me); quick to heat up and the large capacity to add more than one blank. I did test it with and without shrink wrap and both methods worked fine (sub paper & heat resistant tape was used on the mug). However, the blank with the shrink wrap stuck to the grill tray a little (not much), so I do recommend placement of a heat resistant sheet be used during the "baking" process. While there is an instruction booklet with clear information on how to use it, a little more detail could make for a better user experience. I expected the heating elements to remain constant during the sublimation process; so that little bit of information in the booklet would be a benefit to someone new to sublimating drink blanks. While it's a very nice, compact design (I love the color), the price is a little high considering you can still use a traditional convection/toaster oven and get the same results for a lower cost. ... show more

Pro- I kept having problems with my tumbler seams and my ends having air pockets or burning dark colors on the ends. I went through 4 tumbler brands before deciding to try an oven. This solved all my problems. Cons- 1: I wish the basket could fit the shape of the oven better. The sides are sort of rounded. If the sides were vertical they would take up less space. 2: I thought I had defective tumblers from a new vender. Little pieces kept chipping or having marks along the bottom edges. But then I realized that when I was rolling the tumblers I was lifting the front and rolling them a quarter turn twice and laying them right back down in their same spot. What I didn’t realize is that the sublimation coating softens up while the sublimation process is occurring. That must aide the transfer. As I rolled them they were either getting small marks along the bottom edges or the sub coating was actually getting scraped off down to the stainless color. Now I know I need to just roll them into a new position. I wish the basket had some kind of silicone pad or wire rail covers that fits in the basket so nothing gets scraped off or scratched. I’m guessing it would need holes in it like the ones that get used on grills. ... show more
