They look great when fluffed up, but the second you lay your head down you hit your bed. No support at all because not enough filling in them. Sending back. I bought because lots of good reviews, don’t be fooled if you need support. Refund is taking forever. Every time I look I see a different date, and now there is no date. The pillow is not too soft, just enough to mold. The only disappointment is the cover, it's noisy and sounds crinkly. The cover is not stiff so I am not sure what generates the noise.
