Its a nice casting net, the material is good for what it costs it won’t let you down if you catch a lot of fish but just like any other net don’t get it stuck on rocks cause you will rip it I’ve pulled rocks with mine and it’s fine. I got this smaller cast net because I never used one before and there is some tighter spots at the river that are great for getting bait fish. This net is an A+ for ease of use for a first timer and it is perfect for tight shallows. The net fits nicely in the carry pouch which sits perfect in a 5 gallon bucket. I use this cast net in salt water so the bad part is the weights are already starting to rust after a month, about 8 times used. Each time it gets used after I get back the whole net gets a fresh water wash in a bucket, fresh rinse and hung dry. So there is the minus one star. Nice small easy to use cast net! That's exactly what it is. Use in shallow water since it's not as heavy as the bigger nets and sinks slower. Also watch the bottom for snags. Happy fishing! ... show more

What an amazing net unbelievable I absolutely love it but only one thing I ordered an 7ft net and I received a 10ft but still love it other than them getting the right size to you I'd suggest this net for saltwater bait fish 3/8 mesh sinks quickly with the zinc covered steel weights it would be a 5 star if wasn't for the size mistake ... show more
