These mini pills are very helpful and work great. They don't leave me sleepy or drowsy. The only problem I had with them is that if your stuffing them in your purse or coat for travel, they may end up spilling in your bag or pocket. To preface, I get sick in pretty much any moving vehicle. My motion sickness combined with severe Vertigo is horrendous. But these worked like a charm for my recent trip to Florida. My flight was only 3 hours. I took one am hour before take off & another about 30 minutes before landing both there and back. NO SICKNESS!!!
