I used all three items in the baking set the day after I received them! Strong, sturdy materials withstood the pressure of me cutting the cold butter into the flour, the scraper cut through the dough cleanly, and the pastry brush was great for brushing the tops of the biscuits with melted butter. I haven't used them in the dishwasher, but handwashing was easy. The pastry brush silicon brush head detaches from the handle for separate cleaning. ... show more

This experience has been a real treat for me. I did not know how the scraper would work, but became a fan of it right away. The pastry dough blender is awesome too! The brush is perfect for getting that bbq sauce on the meat as well.

Very strong/sturdy. I needed a strong blender to make biscuits. This one did not bend at all and was lightweight. It is also easy to clean.

    • Great quality, very sharp!
This set is great -- high quality and easy to use/clean. I wish the bench scraper came with a guard, though. It is VERY sharp! I cut myself just trying to get it out of the plastic packaging. It will be tricky to store safely.
