I have been patient waiting for this swing chair to arrive at my home and it finally did! After unboxing this swing it didn’t take me longer than 30 minutes to assemble it together and set it up. I was literally amazed how big and strong this swing is and I’m 6’5” tall. My head barely touched the top of the swing metal bar. So than me and my wife decided to finally put it to test and see if it can handle both of our weight and it did! I weigh 170 lbs and she weighs 250 lbs. it held us on there pretty well. The seat cushion and pillows were fluffy enough to not feel the swing metal underneath. I might say that the quality of this swing is very durable and heavy duty. It seems like it could handle more than 500 lbs. The instructions were very easy to read and the parts were labeled to make the assembly easy. Here are couple of pros and cons I’d like to share about this swing… Pros - Quality is Heavy duty/Strong - Very affordable! - Easy to assemble - Beautiful design Cons - Does not have a sun cover or shade to block rain or heat - Swing arrived late Although, this swing might not have a shade, it still great to use on cloudy days and it can be placed in areas around the yard where there is shade. Other than that, I honestly love this swing! I have now been spending more time in my backyard in the morning sitting comfortably on the chair bird watching. I NEVER buy products that aren't free Amazon Prime shipping and returns, but this one really caught my eye, so I prayed that the reviews weren't a hoax and took the risk of paying $80 shipping w no free return option. I am happy to say that I LOVE IT! The metal pieces were very well wrapped in strong thick foam to be protected from scrapes during shipping (pic attached). The box was damaged, but not a scratch on anything inside. The assembly instructions were missing, but there are videos in the ad to help, and customer service is sending me one via email. I've 99% put it together with common sense though, so I'd say it's fairly uncomplicated. It's so attractive on my patio, and crazy comfortable. The gentle swaying is peaceful. Love the swing but some of the wicker was detached and broken. It’s not worth sending it back so I’m just going to glue it lol. It doesn’t affect the functionality of the swing whatsoever. The instructions are super small so be aware of that. Was super fast to put together and can easily be done by one person! You’ll need to give the cushion time to breathe and expand before it fills out but it’s very comfy and the swing moves perfectly. I’d give it 5 stars if the wicker wasn’t broken! The part that’s broken is hardly noticeable and covered by the cushion but since I know it’s there it bugs me a little. I’d definitely purchase again. If you weigh under 180lbs swing is very light and swings with no effort, the closer you get to 200lbs you’ll need to swing a leg or use a toe to make the swing move. We had 365lbs on it and it still moved and was comfy but took a bit more effort to swing (using your tiptoes made it swing easily). So it can definitely hold two people’s weight, looks great, and was very easy to put together! Perfect to snuggle up by a campfire or read a book with a comfy blanket in. ... show more

The package came after 3 days instead of more than 2 weeks anticipated delivery time. I was worried and thinking that i had wasted $280 including the delivery fee when I realized 4 bars at the base of the swing were missing. I tried my luck contacting the seller through Amazon App. Liz from Doublett responded to my message the next morning to confirm the missing part and told me not to worry. There was a hole on the box and these bars could have slipped out of the box during shipping. To my suprise, Liz shipped another full pakage to me right after our conversation. I received a new package in 2 days. This time the delivery man very carefully unloaded the package and placed in gently at my front door. I only need the 4 bars at the base, so now I still have all other extra parts. Maybe shipping just the part is more troublesome with logistic, so they just send a whole new package. The swing is very sturdy and comfortable for 2 people to seat. I looks really nice in my backyard. This is the double swing with the lowest price among other products I could find yet the quality and customer service are still great! ... show more

When I received my order, I was very disappointed with the condition the box arrived in and was sure that it would be missing pieces or would have some damage. This was a birthday present for my wife so I let the box sit for a day and let my anger subside while I decided if I was going to send it back or take a chance and open it. I decided to take a chance and checked the box to make sure all the pieces had indeed arrived and began assembly. The process was easy and the swing is high quality for the price. I chose this chair because of its weight capacity (most are only rated for 300 lbs and this one is 700 lbs). I’m not one to penalize a company for shipping errors when rating their products so this chair will get a five star rating for quality and assembly but I would rate the shipping company as a 1 star for how it arrived. ... show more
