Purchase; Queen size pillow. I’ve been using this pillow for 2 months now, and can leave a full review on this product. I will say this pillow has made a big difference in my sleep. I typically prefer and have slept with a light feather pillow for years. I started getting those painful neck cramps when i would wake up. I also had to adjust to sleeping on my back / side from being a stomach sleeper, and laying on my back with a feather pillow was not working. This pillow was a little weird to adjust to for the first few nights, but that’s a given. I adjusted to this pillow after about 2 weeks and have noticed a major difference. No more waking up with neck pain and it has DRASTICALLY helped with not rolling around at night. This is not comfortable for stomach sleeping at all. However, I really like this pillow for side sleeping. I wish the butterfly opening on the side was a little wider because the arm placement is a little odd when side sleeping. Cleaning the cover is very convenient. The pillow is super comfortable, soft, and extremely breathable. Keeps my head cool when i sleep and this is a major bonus since my body runs hot at night. I recommended this pillow to my mom, who had neck surgery years back and she also states that this has improved her sleep, and does a great job keeping her head/ neck in place at night. If you wake up with back of neck pain, I do very much recommend this pillow. Currently I use it for about 6 hours a night and then I swap it for another pillow I have. But I think the active ingredient in making this pillow work is your sleeping posture. I try to stay still and relatively flat and center on the pillow while sleeping. Again if I get uncomfortable I’ll just swap my pillow and sleep silly for just a couple hours, after I’ve had a majority of my night in good posture with this pillow. ... show more

I am a fan of the pillow and use it nightly however I must say that no matter what it’s hard for me to sleep on my back. I have a protruding disc in my neck and when I feel pain this pillow does seem to help get some sleep by forcing you to lay with your head/neck aligned.

I’ve had the pillow for a couple of weeks now and I have to say that I like it. It’s especially great when I’m lying on my back or side. The indentation for my head is perfect and gives a very cozy feeling. I still have to work a little to get comfortable on my stomach but I think it’s not good for my back to be sleeping on my stomach so maybe this is a bonus. **I’m a back and side sleeper** This pillow has absolutely changed my life! I got into a car accident 10 years ago and has caused extreme pain in the right side of my neck causing intense migraines. I’ve had chiropractors recommend everything from no pillows to flat pillows. Before I purchased this pillow, I was used a flattened cotton pillow and would wake up almost every morning with nausea and head and neck pain. It’s a soft but firm pillow. I’ve been using it for a couple days and now my head don’t feel too heavy for my neck. It does take a while to adjust to sleeping on it. It needs bigger arm support for the pillow. I like it.

I injured my neck and needed better support sleeping. I came across this when searching one night, looked over all the reviews and decided to try it. OMG what a difference this pillow made!!! My neck feels supported while the rest of my head is cradled in comfort. I am normally a tummy sleeper which isn’t good especially with neck issues, this beautifully designed pillow has helped me to sleep on my back and actually stay sleeping that way which normally I just can not do and not on a regular pillow!
