I’m a chronic huncher with poor posture and have a “hygiene humpneck” from doing years of dental hygiene. I like that you can choose which side to go under neck bc at first I was still having issues but then I rotated it so the bigger hump was under my neck and it worked like a charm. I was experiencing a lot of neck and shoulder pain and started researching how your pillow can make a difference. I looked at a lot of different pillows and this was one I came across for side, back and stomach sleepers. There are a lot of these type of pillows, but this one was a great price, cooling technology, and all sleeping position options and needs I was looking for. Oh my gosh, am I glad I got this pillow! I literally felt a difference in my neck the first night! With each night passing, my neck and shoulder felt better and better. It really does keep these bones/joints in the neck and shoulder aligned and straight. I am mainly a side sleeper and have a knee pillow too, along with a small pillow under my arm and I have been sleeping so much better!     • My new favorite pillow

I've had it for 2 nights and so far and I love it, it comes vacuum sealed and has a weird plastic smell when first opening, so you'll want to wash the pillowcase after opening. The foam that the pillow is made of is really nice is soft in the places I want and firm in the places I want. My body isn't used to sleeping on it yet so my muscles are a little bit upset with me, but I think over time, it won't be a problem when my muscles do adjust, I would definitely reccomend massaging your back, shoulders and neck while first using it so that your muscles don't keep tightening up while you get used to it. When laying down I prefer the shorter side and I purchased the queen size which is probably the best try size, I think the standard size would be too small for most people. The pillow case is quite smooth so it keeps cool (I prefer warmer frabics) so that could a plus for someone who gets hot. It feels great to lean you back against it while sitting up with the thicker/taller side being the part that's on your lower back. ... show more
