I have tried around 10 different pillows this year, I get massages, I’ve done dry needling. Anything to help with the neck pain I get. Doing the dry needling and massages definitely helped. However, this is a solution for when you already have the pain. I was looking for a long term solution to be proactive about the neck pain. Help get to the source. Let me tell you, this pillow is a game changer. After only a few nights sleep my neck no longer is bothering me. I am not waking up at night from pain. I have better quality sleep. This pillow has an unconventional but amusing shape compared to your traditional pillow. However, once you get used to sleeping on it, it really pays off in terms of comfort. While I am not 100% pain-free, it has definitely alleviated some of my neck and back pain. After about a week, I noticed that I was sleeping more soundly and through the night with few to no wake-ups. Additionally, I don’t seem to roll around as much during sleep. I ordered the pure black one, and I find it firm enough to support my head and neck yet soft enough to be comfortable. On some nights, I sleep on the primary end, but I also appreciate that by flipping it around, I can use the other side, which is a bit smaller. This adjustability is a nice feature. The only negatives I’ve encountered are: 1. When I try to slide my pillow closer to my spouse’s, the design leaves a gap between our pillows, making cuddling difficult. 2. It only comes with one pillowcase. Although I can use a regular pillowcase, it would be much nicer if it came with two pillowcases—one to use while the other is being cleaned. While additional pillowcases are available, they don’t match my pure black pillow perfectly, as the closest replacement is black with a white top. Overall, I find this to be an excellent, comfortable, high-quality pillow that I hope to use for a long time. ... show more

Great memory foam pillow! Super soft, prevents y head from moving too much at night and help with my neck pain. Lately I been having neck issues because of my injuries I got in jiu jitsu, so this pillow is a life saver. This pillow is so supportive!
