The Dometic model 310 toilet features the New Slow Close seat cover, easier operation, more comfortable features, and more reliable performance than many other gravity discharge toilets. Flushing with as little as 1 pint/0.4 liter of water, the 310 delivers a pressure enhanced "Power Flush" rim wash that clears the bowl virtually in an instant! With a new one- direction pedal, the user presses down slightly to add water to the bowl (if needed), then presses down completely to flush. The smooth continuous lines of Dometic's new uni-style ceramic bowl/plastic base design delivers enhanced visual appeal, and makes routine cleaning much easier.

I intentionally waited several mo the to leave a review to be able to give a better one. We have had this installed for several months now and are very pleased with it compared to the stock commode that came with our RV. It is much heavier duty and feels exactly like a home toilet. It has a soft touch lid that has functioned well since purchase. The foot flush petal seems durable and has not given us any issues. We are currently building our forever home a distance from our current home so we often stay in our RV onsite, so this has been used consistently and frequently as opposed to just an occasional vacation, etc. The flush is good since water comes out of many holes all around the top and swirls down. It stays clean and I just use regular toilet bowl cleaner to maintain it. Overall we are happy with this purchase and can’t really think of any complaints. Recommend! ... show more

This toilet is beautiful and the color match the bathroom nicely. The bowl is porcelain. Love the self closing lid and seat. The install of this new toilet was amazingly quick and easy. Removing the old toilet was the hardest chore.

    • Worth the Cost to Upgrade from Dometic 300

The Dometic 310 is well worth the cost of upgrading from the Dometic 300. The 310 is solid in comparison. The 310 came with the slow close toilet seat, the floor seal, and installation hardware. It’s a great upgrade. I don’t know if it is a Dometic issue or camper issue, but the 300 had a rubber seal at the water supply. After creating a puddle on the floor, I found and moved the seal from the 300 to the 310. It is a water-tight connection now. I don’t see that seal listed on the 310 parts list but what I moved really looks like it is designed for the toilet side of the connection and not the nut side. Why 4 stars instead of 5? I ordered a white toilet but received a bone toilet. It says bone right on the box. Luckily, it doesn’t look that bad against the brown walls and cabinets in the camper’s bathroom, but the tub and sink are bright white in comparison. ... show more

As others mentioned. Ordered white , cream sent . As for the toilet , the seat is standard residential, we were able to add a bidet. The bowl is porcelain however the base is still plastic. It flushes super quiet. Has everything with it needed to install. Bowl holds water after flushed as to stop smells. Overall it’s a great poopy pot . ... show more

I am returning the SECOND Dometic commode I have ordered from Amazon. As you can see in the pictures, Left is the SECOND order Right is the FIRST order - the gasket is seriously "off center" on the Ball Valve on BOTH units. I am replacing my commode with an upgraded unit BECAUSE the original Dometic commode is leaking and flooding my camper, AND filling my Black tank with fresh water as a bonus. I contacted the vendor on the first one... after a long time he just responded "Return to Amazon" ... no sorry, explanation or anything.
