Love it! It works great and works well for my doggo. It cuts his hair well and vacuum it up. Its not too big tok which is nice. Only complaint is I wish that there was a mini clipper for the dogs paws hair but other than that I'm happy with my purchase.

    • Cleanest way to groom your pets
I wanted to start this review to say that this review is solely based upon the Dog Grooming Kit & Vacuum and not these other reviews that don't relate to this product. Also, if you're new to using these devices on your pets, you have to acclimate them and this review is about the product, not how our pets react to them. Our dogs are used to the pet grooming vacuums and love them. Tip on how I got my dogs used to the groomer: I had my daughter help me but you can honestly do this yourself. I called our dog into the room with plenty of treats, I showed them the brush attachment not attached to anything, treated them and they got used to the brush. Then I added the hose and brush with treats until they got used to that. Then I had my daughter turn on the unit, not attached to the hose and brush, just to get them used to sound. After they get used to that then you can attach the brush and hose to the unit on low. Keep treating them and make sure you brush where they love to be brushed. Do this a couple days and then you can ramp up the speed to the desired speed. It'll take time but let them associate good rubs and treats with the unit. The unit came double boxed with all the accessories and attachments and an owners manual. It comes with power button, two modes and a button to release the dust/hair chamber for emptying which is super easy. Also, the hose can be wrapped around the unit and clipped on so it doesn't hang lose. On to the accessories/attachments. We like the grooming brush with the retractable tines and also the undercoat brush. The massage brush works great if you just want to give your pet a little treat. I haven't used the electric clippers as we don't have a dog that needs to be shaved but it does come with guards for different length fur. Another neat thing about the clippers is that you can use them with the unit or cordless as it comes with a USB-C cord and is rechargeable. Great feature! Would have been nice to have an accessories bag to keep everything together with the manual. The unit works well, it's really pretty good for the price. It's not perfect but it's close. Again a ding on the storage bag for the attachments and the capacity may be a bit low however if it was bigger it'd take up a bigger footprint. Also cleaning it is super easy so I see it as a wash. All in all, it's a great value for those who like to groom their pets. ... show more

This review is for a dog grooming vacuum. Browsing the reviews it seems quite a lot of different items have been sold under this listing, which would make me wary as a buyer, so just FYI. The vacuum works as it should and I actually used it on my cat who goes bananas when being brushed and went even more bananas when I used this on her. Tried this on my neighbors shaggy dog. Was pretty overgrown. Started with a regular combing then went to the de-shedding tool which worked well. Suction was great and the noise was low. Did some trimming around the paws and other areas and it worked great. Liked the fact that it kept up power even when the bin got fuller. Easy to dump hair and clean up. The media could not be loaded. We have an ACD mix and he sheds easily especially during allergy season. It can get messy and a lot of fuzz removal from his 3 different brushes. He loves getting brushed but it's time consuming especially when we miss at least a week of it. I still do minimal brushing (since he likes them) but I've switched to this vacuum kit to be his primary grooming tool. We don't shave our trim our dog's hair so we didn't use the clippers or have a need for them at this time. The massager doesn't do much but vibrate when you turn on the vacuum, it has a rubber/silicone head that may drag the coat/pull hair so I recommend just pressing onto the dog's body in different areas rather than "rub it along", maybe if you're gentle or have a super short hair dog (pit's) or even apply a coat butter to smoth out the massage head. This vacuum will easily maintain a regular part of the week for grooming need. Pro's + Easily stored away after using. Size of the device makes it easy to stuff in my dog's little shelf with all his other stuff + Easy to empty after filling up. The bottom piece just drops open (hangs on) and the fuzz comes out + Filter is easy to clean by rinsing (recommends 1x a month) and air drying overnight. It's dry where I'm at so that's not a problem for me + The suction isn't scary for my dog. We eased him into it by brushing/grooming him without the device open so he'll get use to it. It was so satisfying to watch the fuzz get sucked in and fly around the container; my husband and i laughed at this part + Variety of grooming tools (different clipper heads too) that don't take long to get the hang of. + Not as quiet as my dyson but not as loud as my personal hair blowdryer or over vent. It wasn't loud to scare or trigger my dog Con's - Each dog coat will be different so come at this device with some patience to understand how it can help your specific coat. We have a 1.5 coat dog (he's mixed ACD so not too long but not short either) that sheds daily but doesn't blow a full coat like a husky would - If you live in an apartment above someone else, I don't recommend using this in the evenings or night unless you put a pillow or something to not disturb downstairs. We used a table seat cushion (ikea) when we first tried this out to make sure our downstairs neighbors don't get annoyed at us. We live in an older complex so this is just something we consider to keep the peace ... show more
