Most crates that size are double the price of this one. Even with the shipping cost it’s still cheaper then most. It came out of the box I unfolded it and had it together within 5 mins. It was so easy.

bought crate for my Shepard mix size wise it was about the same as her current crate but the doors are about 4 inches smaller ended up buying a Pet Lodge crate from the local feed store when to return this crate and the shipping was twice what I paid for it so I gave it to a local charity, it might be good for someone who has something like a spaniel who a 18 in door maybe ok ... show more

I liked the size and portability of this product. It's not quite as strong as another crate I have, but OK for my dog. But, the reason I would not buy this one again is the latches. There are difficult to use. They do not slide open and closed smoothly, often requiring multiple attempts and maneuvers to get it to engage and disengage. Repeating the same movement without success doesn't work. This is poorly designed. My other crate latch slides smoothly in and out easily and flawless. Seems like a small thing, but it's the small things that spoil, and the repeating difficulty of what should be a simple tast makes it frustrating. I did not use this crate until the return period had passed or I would have sent it back. ... show more
