I really liked the idea of this since I know most dogs like to lean up on things and it seemed so much nicer to be able to lean on a soft, quilted thing than the cold, metal wires. The pad is SUPER soft, almost like a low-pile velvet. On first opening it, I thought it seemed rather narrow and also noted how many tie straps there are! I feel like this will take a really long time to affix to the kennel and now I'm also worried about all of those straps looking like chew toys to both cats and dog. The pup is still a baby so we have a divider panel in his kennel and can't use this at the same time, but when he gets older and is house-broken and bigger and gets the full kennel, I do think it will be a nice thing for him (as long as he doesn't want to chew all the straps. I really like this concept. I have blankets that tie in and this along the wires creates a safe place for small puppies! When momma needs a break they can curl up in here with a heating pad and sleep! I recommend.

This item arrived 5/3/23 and put it on the crate right away. I purchased because it said it was durable. It is not. It is now 5/3/23 and only 4 hours later my puppy has tore it up from the inside of his crate. I’m out money and no crate bumpers. Very disappointed.

These may work for you, but they didn't work at all for us. I ordered them for the dog's crate. They arrived really quickly, which is wonderful. The fabric is nice - not too thick, not too thin. But, they are so hard to tie onto the crate! The little ties aren't long enough to make a strong knot, and once they are tied, they are SO HARD to untie! The bumper sides didn't line up quite right, but the back bumper fit well. I wouldn't go this route again. ... show more

These are so great for dogs that like to lay against the walls. My boy likes to push into the corner and lay flopped around by the bars, this really helps him not press his body too hard against things. This is also nice for puppies, giving them a den feel without completely closing off the top of the crate to them. The ties were nice and were easy to position so the dog can't get to them without looking for them. ... show more
