Only complaint there is a lot of assembly to this trike. 5 Month later and still works fine. Only thing I'd change is the display is small for old eyes to read.

There is a lot to unpack for this Electric Trike. First off the Trike comes completely unassembled. I have put together three Rad Electric Bikes no problem. This trike was a whole other story. The instructions were vague and poorly photographed, and the online video was a little more helpful, but so fast as to be useless. The GOOD: The trike looks fantastic, and when you get it put together, it actually runs well. The BAD: Customer service is useless, and even though we had missing parts and could not make heads nor tails of the instructions they only offered to send us $10 for the trouble. We tried to return the Trike but would have to pay hundreds in shipping. So we ended up taking what parts we had to a local Bike Shop and paid a $120 to have the pros assemble it. Buyer beware! The UGLY: When you pay $800 or more on a product, you expect it to be good. This should not have had missing parts, and honestly it could have been partially assembled to make setting this up a breeze. Instead this was a pile of crap that cost additional money and time to make functional. ... show more
