Anybody who spends years in a wheelchair will tell you they can get uncomfortable. This might be great for a push wheelchair but I am in a power wheelchair. It has great padding but the arm pads are not long enough to go around the armrest and attach. I can do some adjusting and make it work. Just wish it was a bit bigger. ... show more

Purchase. I bought this for a reclining w/c and am so pleased. It stays put with ties and velcro at the arm rests. It's comfy and protects my mother's skin well. I am a lifelong Healthcare provider and am picky. I recommend this.

Title tells the tale. Ordered and package was delayed several times. From a one week delivery to a three week delivery. Glad I waited so long for this cheap junk. First the tie string tore lose as I tried to simply tie it in place. No worries it's got hook and loop to help it stay in place. Well that piece of crap broke too. I'm not returning it. This reviiew is not about the quality of the item. Its more about our personal experience. This item was packed well. It arrived earlier than expected. It seems well made, but it didn't work for my husband and his wheelchair. He had a stroke and I've been trying to find a well-made cushion for his wheelchair. I've tried a few that over the two years, haven't held up well. I was very hopeful when I found this one, but it didn't fit his chair well. He is in a standard, regular sized wheelchair, and he weighs 168 pounds. The side cushions are suppose to velcro to the actual arms of the chair and they will not reach eachother, so I couldn't secure it properly to the chair, except for the two ties that are on the top corners of the cushion, which does not make for a secure fit. The cushion still slides with him sitting on it and he feels very unsecure and not In control of being able to sit in it and not slide out of it. He is left-side affected, and has good complete control of his right side, but still feels unsafe because of shifting and sliding of the cushion. I want to say that I have not contacted the company, due to not being able to use it until after Amazon's return policy had expired, so nothing against the company. Thank you for reading.
