There are velcro straps that you fasten around the handles to keep it in place. The top zips closed to keep out weather and keep your items out of sight. There are also mesh pockets on the side for items that you might want an easy access to while on your journey. On the front of the bag is a reflective stripe so you are more noticeable in low lighting situations. Though it initially appears to look like an oversized lunch bag, this tiller bag has many benefits. This includes a large capacity for items, strong straps, and weather resistant exterior. That perhaps is the most important feature since it keeps all items dry and safe in bad weather.

This is a nice mobility scooter bag. It has internal solid bars to help it keep its shape. The velcro staps works well. There is a mesh pocket on each side and in the front. This basket for mobility scooters is very nice! It's large and deep. You can fit a small laptop or large tablet in here with easy. Definitely a lot of room for a phone, water, IDs, crochet supplies, a cat! The Velcro works nice and stays on well. I'm happy with it. I am very pleased with the quality of this bag. Sewing is perfect. Design is thoughtful. Right size and shape. Easy attachment. Metal spreader helps it keep its shape. It is shipped with just one well placed fold to fit packaging. Others I've seen are folded many places to fit a smaller box and nearly ruined by it. well done ... show more
