The item I received makes only a horrible buzzing sound when I plug in using the headphone jack (1/8” plug). I should have returned it immediately rather than try to test it further. I have not called any sort of support.

    • Not enough audio level
I was disappointed. It did not provide as much audio as the one that I was replacing did when it worked. It is not enough level for comfortable listening on the device that it drives. I looked for a volume control but it did not have one.
