I remember reading comments from people online saying these things were a waste of money and I’m sooo glad I didn’t listen, they’re crazy! I know they have a cat genie out, but it doesn't contain the smell at all. The diaper genie has 2 "lids" so the smell is so much better contained. I know it's originally for diapers, but it works wonderful for clumping Kitty litter. Very easy for removal of litter, and start a new bag.

I was SO excited for the multi polka dot diaper genie as it gave a little pizzazz to the basic white pail. I did not get what I ordered. Although, it was just a cosmetic preference, there is nothing physically wrong with this stainless steel pail and will work just fine.
